A matchmaking agency for outcast shifters, and the women tough enough to love them. From the author of Swipe Left For Love, and the Obsessed Mates series. It's a secretive place, closed-off to the outside world - until someone sets up a secret mail order bride service...Grizzly Mate (MateMatch Outcasts Book 1)Savannah Olson is looking to start over, after a drunk driver crashed into her life, destroying her pregnancy, her relationship and her ability to have children. Her luck seems to be finally changing when mail-order bride service, MateMatch, delivers a match. But his animal knows she’s his and he’s not letting her go without a fight.Dragon Mate (MateMatch Outcasts Book 5)Callan Balter’s dragon is dying. USA Today bestselling author Ariana Hawkes writes spicy romantic stories with lovable characters, plenty of suspense, and a whole lot of laughs. She told her first story at the age of four, and has been writing ever since, for both work and pleasure. She lives in Massachusetts with her husband and two huskies.
Totally enjoyable, romantic shifter series. Florence the flighty squirrel making matches in each book that are always right. Not sure how she managed it with her bizarre questions, but somehow, the matches are right on target. And the chocolate cakes sound yummy too. Of all of the books in this six box set, I think I liked Callan’s story best. I don’t want to give anything away though, so you’ll just have to read and enjoy them for yourself.
Love loved loved the series. Please tell me there's going to be future books ! I love all of the characters and how every one intertwined with the next. The author took a bunch of grumpy shifters and I long comes Florence and notches them all with their mates. Whether they want them or not is irrelevant. Every story has a little bit of everything. I couldn't put this down I read the complete series in 2 days!
The collection was a nice way to while away some time. I don't usually read this genre but, with the pandemic in full swing, I've been reading a bit of everything.
Character development was good. Plots were okay. All center around a match making business run by a squirrel shifter to match other shifters with a mate. Conflicts are mostly believable (as long as you "believe" the whole shifter thing) without the angst of most "romance" novels.
Raytown became more of an extended family for all its residents, rather than just a place to live for outcasts. The stories showed the growth in the town's solidarity, as residents took mates, became friends and turned their little village into the charming, hospitable and ideal place to live. I found the stories to be almost fairy tale-like. Loved this series and fantasy fans will as well.
What an incredible set of stories! 6 of some of the best stories I’ve read. Each one with a different twist of fate, wonder, and storyline. Beautifully written by Ariana Hawkes. Full of drama, danger, and a chance at love if they are able to find their way through it all. The chemistry is off the charts hot! You can’t go wrong reading a book by Ariana Hawkes!!!
These MateMatch singles give us a series of intoxicating stories in an unusual shifter town. Each pair is extremely unique and powerful. Full of excitement, women who are eventually strong in mind and body and flawed but very sexy men. I thoroughly enjoyed each story.
This series was okay. I know Ragtown is supposed to be for broken shifters but they should have all worked together to make the town better. I think it would have been better to tear the old houses down and built new ones. Just my opinion. I did like the twists that each story had. Thank I did enjoy reading all of this series.
These characters will take you through twist and turns throughout their stories about their lives of happiness/pain and love/sorrows, but will make you laugh and smile all the way through.
This boxed set was truly great. The storylines were dynamic; the characters a real treat; each book had its own plot twists and turns; and the individual books had some terrific HEAs. Grab this collection today!
All the guys in their stories are kinda outcast for one reason or another. A hole in the wall town keeps them in check for the most part. But meeting their mate helps put them back together .
