One thing a mother never wants is for her child to become another statistic in this crazy-ass world. At only fifteen years old Sa’Ryah was pregnant with her baby girl, Miracle. Seeing Sa’Ryah pregnant at fifteen broke her mother Sa’Nyah and she did what her mother did to her. What’s that? She put her fifteen-year-old daughter out on the streets with her newborn child. Not knowing what to do Sa’Ryah leans on her big cousin Tonya, who then introduces her to Malik. While Malik secretly falls in love with Sa’Ryah and Miracle, he loves his money more. He was her pimp before anything. Meeting a man who wanted to buy Sa’Ryah he didn’t think twice before he sold her to the man who broke her down a year after. Sa’Ryah couldn’t handle the pressure, leaving baby girl Miracle in this world to fend for herself. Miracle was determined, not to become another statistic.

This started out with an interesting storyline. There were a few shockers that drew me in. I was intrigued As to where this was going. I would've liked more details in some areas as this read went on. It seemed rushed or running along. Towards the end things just miraculously worked out with a series of coincidences that seemed all too easily accepted.

The read was OK. But it's worse downfall was the editing. Misplaced grammar, no word possession, incorrect words these things began to take away from the read for me.

The end was inspiring

Unrealistic

While I loved the happy ending the story was unrealistic. People was doing things without thinking. The mother was completely ridiculous and Santiago carried that mission out that long?
