a fun book, well i heard the audiobook version truth be told, so hopefully am reviewing the same thing, but fun and funny with funny examples of good and bad customer service, and mixture of seminar recordings to authors themselves talkin
cant find her other book which was my own fault as to finding it boring and outdated..."Building a customer driven organization." - but this one am reviewing is far better
