Read
April 23, 2014This is a very psychologically oriented book that has as its basic premise that customer service starts with internal satisfaction. This is very refreshing as a lot of the customer service books I have read and a lot of organizations and businesses tend to overlook this motivational component. The best employee motivation is through genuine customer feed back. The author discusses ways this can be ascertained. A timely and very satisfying book.
