I know Sierra wants me. Even when she tries like hell to hide it. But I’m not shy about the fact that I’m more interested in what’s brewing between us than the drinks she’s serving.
Something about her has me drawn to her, has me wanting to reach inside and find out everything there is to know about her.

Because when she says yes—and she will—I’m going to prove to her that this thing between us is more than a spark.

You know, when Nikki takes two set of siblings like she did with this series, she even took a set of gorgeous twin hunk of male specimens, makes some great story’s between the couples, and boom here you have the second of the perfect couple, when twin number two meets his brothers girls sister. Yes!!

I am so happy we got to get a little background story/snippet of Sierra and Kolton! We first meet them as significant side characters in Fool Me Once-Nikki's full length book centering around Sierra's sister Blakely. But Sierra doesn't fail to shine bright. She is a fierce woman after my own heart. She holds strong to what she believes is doing the best for her family and putting them first. Though that quality drives Kolton even closer into her orbit. they have a magnetic connection that she pushes against until he finally wears her own for that first date. Only to come face to face with the obstacle of her sister and his brother putting an unexpected halt on their budding feelings. Kolton has to be clever and pull out everything he has to convince Sierra that what they have is worth a shot! This story was fast paced and super swoon worthy. Filled with hope, love and overcoming past obstacles and heartache. A beautiful short read ❤

Oh man Nikki Ash sure knows how to make twins hot and boy there's nothing like Kolton. Seeing how much he is like Keegan yet in many ways is his own person just makes this story all hot. We see a man haunted from the past, determined to be the good twin even though everybody tells him he is not to blame for the past. Now seeing him with Sierra we see a man who is carefree and just wants to be happy again. These two share so many things in common yet are scared to really go all in. Seeing Sierra grow from who she used to be was beautiful for how far she has come in many ways will make her mom proud. Two sisters and two twin brothers just wow and little Zane still cute as ever. Like Kolton says it is inevitable to not fall in love with him but keeping that love all the way is just magical. Loved it.

This is the second book in the fool me series. It is technically a novella, so it was a fast and short read for me. It does need to be read after reading Fool Me Once, since it overlaps but with Sierra and Kolton's POV.

I did enjoy getting their POV, but I did wish it was longer, I would've liked more about them and their relationship. Nikki still did a great job with them and making me fall in love with them.

I listened to this one and @timpaige narrates for both female and male, he does a stellar job with his performance and it wasn't hard to know what voice was which character. He's always amazing with emotions also.

I had the pleasure of reading The Inevitable By Nikki Ash. Sierra and Kolton were secondary characters from another book from the author. I was very happy we finally received their story. Sierra has had a bit of a rough life that has made her guarded and forced her to close off her heart to anyone attempting to get in. In comes the sexy Kolton who is determined to show her just how much he’s the man for her and the one that’ll treat her the way she deserves. To say they go through it is a bit is an understatement but it’s so worth it in the end. A quick read that’ll keep you entertained and wanting more.

This was a great short read that finally gave us Sierra and Kolton's story. After reading fool me once I was enamored with Kolton and Sierra's back story as the secondary characters in that book and I'm so happy that Nikki was able to give us the short version of their story from their own point of views. This book was sweet and cute and everything I could have asked for. I also loved that the epilogue provided a further update of Sierra, Kolton, Keegan and Blakely's lived in the future beyond what we got in Fool me Once.

I have enjoyed reading the collection this story in is. They are the perfect collection to enjoy right now, they have all the feels and happiness the holidays bring you. Nikki Ash’s Inevitable is a knock out. We met Sierra and Kolton in Keegan and Blakey’s journey, Fool Me Once. Sierra and Kolton have that instant spark, but being burned so many times makes Sierra build a wall up. Kolton is not deterred one bit. The adventure these two take you on is funny, emotional, and all the swoony moments. You’ll want more of these two when you finish this fantastic story!

Sierra and Kolton story was so damn cute. Their siblings dated each other but surprisingly these two met before finding out about their siblings. Kolton was persistent until Sierra finally gave in. He was all in from the beginning and was able to break down her walls. They both were very supportive siblings but also had so much love for each other and supported each other’s dreams. They had a slight pause but it wasn’t anything major and she understood why Kolton held back some things. The epilogue? Beautiful and funny.

Kolton and Sierras story was a cute quick romance. I loved the instant attraction they had. The fight Sierra put up in the beginning was with fun banter but eventually she caved and they had a cute love story. It was a well written cute short story that was packed with romance steam and fun banter with a great storyline. I love they included Keegan and Blakelys story tied into this one. Great job i would defiantly recommend this book 📚 !

You will fall in love with The Inevitable
This is a super fun and quick read. Kolton and Sierra meet while she is working at a restaurant. Kolton is a super hot teacher that frequents the restaurant just to see her. He keeps asking her for a date and she keeps refusing. He does start to wear her down little by little. He tells her them being together is inevitable. Pick up this novella to see how it all plays out. You will be happy you did.

I read Nikki Ash’s short The Inevitable and I wanted so much more of this novella. Sierra and Kolton were so perfect together and their love truly was inevitable. This novella is an off shoot of one of Nikki’s full length books and I was so happy to read what happened to the others in Blakely and Keegan’s story. This is for a great cause and I can’t wait to read all the other stories in this anthology!

The Inevitable by Nikki Ash was a steamy and sweet second chance romance that had me grinning once I realized just whose story I had dived into. Kolton and Sierra each won me over from the start. I enjoyed the bit of push and pull between them as they danced around what they were each feeling. I loved that Kolton played the long game and never gave up on Sienna while still being considerate of her concerns. These two gave me all the swoony feels and left me with a huge smile.

Ending this book with a smile on my face was inevitable!

I was really hoping for Kolton & Sierra's story and it didn't disappoint. This quick read was just enough to reintroduce them to us from Fool Me Once and wrap up their happily ever after. Sierra really did play hard to get but Kolton's perseverance made it all worth it. The 5 years later epilogue was everything I needed for these twin brothers & totally deserving sisters. 👏 🔥 ❤

After reading Keegan and Blakely's story in Fool Me Once, I was really interested in reading more about Kolton and Sierra's relationship so I was really happy that we got it!! I loved this. It was a really sweet read. Kolton was swoony and sexy. Sierra was sweet and sassy. They were perfect for each other! I loved them together. The epilogue was great! Loved seeing both couples in the future!!

I already loved these characters before I picked this one up! We were introduced to Kolton and Sierra in Fool Me Once, so it was GREAT to see what was going on for these two from their point of view. They are two kindred souls that just fit together, you could feel the chemistry between them and lets face it - Sierra already fit perfectly in this family.

I read this story in the I Have Lived and I Have Loved anthology from earlier this year and loved it! Sierra and Kolton were just meant to be. When he sees her at the bar where she works, he just can't let go until she goes out with him. I loved his dedication! This book was so good. A little drama, a lot of steam!

If you are a fan of Nikki Ash and have read all of her books you would be familiar with sierra and Kolton who we were introduced to in fool me once. This is their short story and damn it was everything I hope for, for them. It's sexy, beautiful, feel good love story that will leave you with all the feelings

It's  time Sierra and Kolton get their Happy Ever After. When their siblings fine their way back to each other that brings Sierra and Kolton together. They were instantly attracted to each other but with the past they have had Kolton is ready for his HEA and that means Sierra is his target. SHE IS Skiddish after witnessing the down fall of her parents but how can you resist the charms of Kolton.

This book should be read right after fool me once. I finished fool me once and started this one tonight and I’m done already. It’s a much quicker book but it’s just as good. Gotta love those Reynolds boys!
The inevitable takes place as fool me once takes place kinda. Loved them both. Definitely a package deal. Can’t wait to read my next book by this amazingly, talented author.

Love this book. Love Kolton and Sierra's romance story. Readers learn about Kolton and Sierra's love story in Fool Me Once. Readers see these two fall in love through the eyes of Keegan and Blakely. This book shows how these two meet and later fall in love. Absolutely love this story. Worth the read.

So I wish I had read this sooner after reading the first book, because I couldn’t remember many of the details of the characters’ stories. Yet, it was still a sweet story. It was pretty insta-love and I didn’t love Kolton’s persistence. But I’m glad I read it to get closure on Kolton & Sierra’s story. And I liked that the entire thing was read by the male narrator. It was a nice change of pace.

A semi quick read but wonderful nonetheless!! A great compliment to Fool Me Once. Sierra & Kolton were entertaining. I just loved how swoony Kolton was, his persistence was perfect!

I really wish this book was longer, and showed more of Kolton and Sierra’s emotional scars and guilt. After reading «fool me once» I knew this would be a fast romance, but I just loved the characters sos much I wish it was filled out more, but very cute
