Their happy bubble is about to burst thanks to a jealous ex

DISTRACTION is the fourth book in The Privileged series and continues the story of Layla Adams and Treyton St. James. This installment in the story starts a couple of weeks after the previous book, HEATED, ended. Layla and Treyton are in a relationship now and things are going really well between them. Treyton has really straightened out and is doing well. He has stopped drinking, he is attending daily AA meetings, seeing a therapist once a week, back working with his father, doing his community service volunteer work at MyPlace and balancing it all with his relationship with Layla. She is definitely a great influence on him. But as we all know when things are going too well life has a way of giving you a swift kick and this is what happens for both Treyton and Layla. Thanks to a jealous and underhanded Samantha things are about to get more complicated for this couple when she makes a report to the LA County Adult Probation office about Treyton and Layla's relationship. This could mean real trouble for them both if Treyton is deemed to have broken his probation. Will Treyton end up having to go to jail? Will Samantha be punished for what she has done?

This book continues the fast-paced story-line of the series. I liked this fourth part of the story. It showed how far Treyton has come since we first met him. It also shows how Layla has calmed down a bit and has really connected with not only Treyton but also his parents. Now the only question is what the judge decides about Treyton's probation. I am looking forward to the next and last part to the story of Layla and Treyton.

Treyton is working hard to be a better man but he is still making mistakes along the way and Samantha has decided that she wants Treyton back even though he is spending his time with Layla. They are happy until Darrin makes it a point to let her know that he felt used by her even though it wasn't serious between them and when she started seeing Treyton she told Darrin it was over, she didn't tell Treyton and when she did she was sure he was angry but he was not but it seems things are just not going right because Treyton ends up back in court. Cliff hanger. Great storyline and the characters are very intriguing. I was given a copy via Bookfunnel without obligation. I volunteered to give an honest review.

Standing Together For Love -
All hell breaks loose, when Treyton’s jealous ex reports the relationship between Treyton and Layla, as well as the time when Samantha completed his community service task to the probation office. This heart-stopping storyline, grabbed me from the beginning and made me wish I could hug Treyton and Layla, and tell them everything will be alright. I also wanted to punch Samantha, but I think she may enjoy it too much . The story will leave you wanting to know what will happen next.

The author continues pulling us into the lives of Layla and Treyton. They have moved their relationship forward, however, not everyone is happy for them. It is hard to have a relationship when others are out to destroy you.

This is a brilliant read.
Wonderful well written plot and story line that had me engaged from the start.
Love the well fleshed out characters and found them believable.
Great drama and romance with wonderful world building.
Can't wait to read what the author brings out next.

Treyton and Layla are back and I am so happy. This is getting better and better. Cannot wait for the fifth book. Another quick read you will read in one sitting but so worth it. The ending of this one is very promising.

Samantha thinks she belongs with him and has him sent back to court.
Can they stay together?

We continue with the dramatic relationship between Treyton and Layla, fast-paced and quick to read. Plenty of drama, can the mistakes from Treytons past disappear or will they pull this couple apart?

Well... That's one way to leave it on a cliffhanger... I kinda hope the Judge doesn't let Treyton do time. I know he was an a** but he seems to have redeemed himself. I also want to see Samantha get her just desserts.
