Just what I needed
This book was just what I needed this holiday season. A fun, touching, romance to brighten up the end of 2020. Tage and Megan are the type of couple you root for from the beginning.

"Pinecones and Huckleberries" (A Huckleberry Falls Holiday Romance) by Emily Dashmore
Another author suggested that I offer to read and review this story. I am so very glad I did just that and was given an ARC of this story. It has everything you could want in a wholesome Winter Holiday Season story. I did get a bit antsy from time to time, the characters seemed to be taking too long to get to the end. But then I reminded myself I was trying to get to the re-cap of the story while the characters were still busy living the story. This story kept me in anticipation from start to finish, and oh what a finish!! A Worthy Read. Happy Reading ! !

Childhood friends return to Huckleberry Falls at the same time. One is there on vacation from his job on a cruise ship and the other is there to help her cousin with a difficult pregnancy while her husband is deployed.
Can they pick up as friends who lost contact with each other – not by their fault as they tried to communicate? Can they patch up the relationship and once again become friends?
Exciting book to read. It’s going to be a great series!

Fun
A very fun and delightful story! Not sure why people think that it is romantic to be proposed to in front of a crowd let alone kids is beyond me, but a very nice story and a wonderful series. I had some favorites but each one kept me reading the next one right after the last. Great job all of you!

Fun clean romance for Christmas. Don't miss any books in the series (this is 5th)
I really enjoyed the character development and relatively realistic conclusion. Fun to read. Love the consistent setting and characters with the other books in the series.

Dreams come true here
I've read all the Huckleberry Falls books now and this one might be my favourite of next to. Megan and Tage are a great friends to lovers combination. They both have fears to overcome. I love the adventures they have along the way. I love that the book ends with an epilogue that doesn't leave the reader hanging.
Visit Huckleberry Falls you won't be disappointed.

Meagan and Tage were good characters. At times I thought they were a little too immature. But that was okay. Little did she know helping family could change her direction in life. This is a sweet, clean romance.

It's very repetitive for the first 30% of the book. (Basically, he only likes me as a friend and vice versa, ad nauseam.)
It finally picks up and makes some progress.
