Bayou Christmas was a novella within the Kings of Retribution MC Louisiana series by the authors Crystal Daniels and Sandy Alvarez. It took us back to book one focusing on Riggs and Luna.
Bayou Christmas was short, sweet and sexy. The authors reminded us of the strong bond between the two, their families and the MC while walking us through their wedding and upcoming birth. It was the perfect “feel good” quick afternoon read.

Just a short Christmas novella. I thought it was after the rest of the books in this series but it should have been read a few books back. Not sure exactly.

If you're looking for a sweet, short, holiday read, then look no further. This book will having you feeling all warm and fuzzy aaaaand possibly horny, ha ha.
This novella focuses on Riggs and Luna's wedding. It has all the magic of Christmas like a Hallmark movie but with that MC edge to it. The only thing missing was the Montana crew.

With this one it was fun to see Luna and Riggs just be happy. They had so much going for them and they got to enjoy it and each other, creating memories left and right.

Bayou Christmas is an extraordinary and unexpected Christmas present for the readers of Crystal Daniels and Sandy Alvarez's The Kings of Retribution MC Lousiana Chapter. It's a book that oozes good vibes, happiness, and Christmas spirit.
I didn't think it was possible to make Riggs even more dreamy, and yet here he proves once again how much he loves Luna. Swoon-worthy material through the pages of this story in which we finally find out how magical was their wedding. He makes her Christmas wedding dreams come true in what can be almost defined as a fairytale with the President of an MC who, instead of a horse, has a badass bike!
And because this is Crystal and Sandy we are talking about, there might be a couple of breadcrumbs. Shhhh! Go and read it, and you will know what I'm talking about.

Can you all say SWOON-WORTHY!! If you are looking for your quick read, then I suggest you do that with this novella. So grab your favorite blankey curl up on your couch and enjoy getting caught up with some of our favorite bikers.
Riggs and Luna are undoubtedly soul mates. You can just feel the love they have for each other. I love how he takes care of her in all ways. I enjoyed reading about how they got married (insert cry face emoji), trust me once you read what they say in their vows you will also be a big puddle of goo as well. I loved getting caught up with the rest of the members, and how they welcomed their beautiful daughter into this world.

I loved this book. Riggs and Luna are such a loving couple. Riggs does everything in his power to make Luna feel like the special woman she is. He puts all men to shame with the way he cares for her putting her on the pedestal she deserves to be on. The family atmosphere with this club is unbelievable. Riggs put together the most memorable wedding for his Luna. It was a wedding that will not be forgotten and the dress she wore was just as magical. Great story by two great authors. You will not be disappointed by this book!

Well wowza talk about a phenomenal Christmas novella! Sandy and Chrystal have succeeded in giving a book so filled with love, family,friends and Christmas joy. I loved that we learn and experience how Able (Riggs) planned out his and Luna's wedding. How he doted over her at every turn. How their friends and family helped make their day amazing. Oh and just wait till you get to the part with the wedding vows. Talk about total melt your heart..... absolute perfection💋 plus that doesn't even count the birth of their precious daughter that was just beautiful!

I always love a good Christmas novella and the fact that it’s a Kings of Retribution one just made it that much more exciting! This was the perfect little addition to the KOR series. Light and sweet but with the usual slight MC drama in the mix, Bayou Christmas was exactly what we needed this Christmas season. Being able to go back and read the details of Riggs and Lunas Christmas wedding was such a treat that I didn’t realize I needed until I read it. Those two are such a special couple, it was wonderful to be able to get back to them again if only for a short while. Crystal and Sandy did a great job with this swoon worthy, heartwarming Christmas novella.

This was such an amazing surprise to the readers of crystal daniels and sandy alvarez! A very sweet Christmas novella all about riggs and luna! This was low on angst and high on the love. It was absolutely perfection. These ladies really know how to write amazing mc books but this was such a sweet insight into riggs and luna and what happens after their HEA. It was absolutely needed after the crazy year of 2020 a good sweet Christmas love story staring some very beloved characters.

Luna & Riggs have always had a special connection. But it’s definitely a treat to see how they are outside of the drama, suspense and MC world that all the main books entail. This was such a sweet Christmas novella from two of our favorite characters and it was great to see a bunch of other characters, too. I absolutely love this story and cannot wait to see more from these lovey ladies! This story was more of the sweet and tender love story than the angst we’re accustomed to, and it was perfect!

I Absolutely Adored this book. If you’ve read the series, you know about the swoon worthy love between Luna and Able (AKA: Riggs, Prez of the Kings of Retribution, Louisiana Chapter). Bayou Christmas catches us up with all the brothers and their women during the holidays. But it also catches us up with this amazing couple. Luna is fixing to have their first baby and love and happy ever after is in the air.
Outstanding Heartfelt, Magical, MC Read that you don’t want to miss, especially if you are a Kings of Retribution fan like me. 2 Thumbs Up and 5+++ Stars.

This book was super cute & the perfect Christmas mc book! We get more Riggs & Luna. These two are the perfect couple, everything they’ve faced & how far they’ve come, it was great to see. Plus we finally had a wedding & baby!! The ending scene with Pops was perfect. It was great detail of Christmas time in New Orleans. The perfect extended epilogue. And I hope we possibly got a glimpse of a future character 😉!! Looking forward to more from these ladies.

Wow, this was the best book! Love that we get to see Riggs and Luna’s big day! Such a special time and written so fabulously! I also think a Christmas wedding is just the best! I can only imagine the lights and festive atmosphere...I have an excellent imagination and these ladies have created a very vivid picture. Thank you for the wonderful story, I can’t wait for more!

I loved this Christmas time novella. I enjoyed seeing some of my favorites, and I loved getting a peak at how Luna and Riggs became husband and wife. Their story has been one of my favorites for awhile, and I loved seeing tgen get their ultimate HEA.

This novella is heartwarming, swoon worthy, I laughed, I smiled a lot and and I didn't want it to end. Riggs and Luna have the kind of love every little girl dreams of. I can't wait to see more of them in the future.

Short and sweet. We get to revisit Luna and Riggs!! I love this world and these characters. How the men love their woman. Luna and Riggs are no different. I love how he gives her her dream day. Great read!! Love this series!!

I was pulled into this story right from the beginning and didn't come back out until I had read every single word that was written. All the while I had my mini movie playing along in my head.
Twists, turns and surprises await you within the pages of this book. Some of the surprises you might not seeing coming where as others you will, some surprises are large, while others are small, but each and everyone of them is as important as the next, all aid in making this book the fantastic read it is.
I went through all the emotions that the characters did, at the same time as them. There were a couple of characters I would of liked to slap once or twice, but they redeemed themselves.
I absolutely loved this book, from start to finish. I have a bit of a soft spot for the main make character in this book.
Crystal Daniels and Sandy Alvarez have done it again, another awesome, fantastic, brilliant story, that once you start it you won't want it to end.
I highly recommend these authors and there books. If you are an MC fan and haven't read any of the books they have written, you are missing out on an experience that you won't forget in a hurry.
This one is to worth more than 5 stars.

Short and a bit sickly sweet. Sorry.
I know it’s only a catch up with Riggs/Abel and Luna but it was way way over the top. The author wants us to believe that the Mc men have time with their jobs/lives to create a magical wonderland for Luna’s dream wedding, and finish their baby’s nursery. Blimey do they ever sleep??
Luma is now 8 months pregnant and her and Abel are still madly in love and getting married. There are a few mistakes again but it doesn’t really spoil it. Apart from one mistake that’s bugged me all through the first book. Abel are Luna ARE HOLDING HANDS, but still manage to sign to each other! Also I am confused about why it took so long to give Luna her ‘old lady’ cut. They’ve been together for over 8 months.
It was a sweet catch up, that’s about all I can say. A bit sickly sweet for me apart from Riggs Grandad. He’s never once said to Luna that she’s part of the family, or called her granddaughter. Weird.

I want to say 1st of happy holidays to the authors In amazing series.
The story is about Luna and Riggs the Pres and his old lady of the New Orleans chapter of the MC. Besides it being the Christmas holidays they are expecting the birth of their 1st child. I'm while that excitement goes on somebody can't wait to make Lunar his bride. So Things get going and it happens!
There was a beautifully written wedding scene which you could just imagine as you read it you could see the picture of forming in your head of it and it was just gorgeous.
While this was a sweet story, for me there was to much focus on just the one couple and their bedroom antics. I found myself wishing for more inclusion from the other members of the NOLA Chapter and how they felt about the holidays. Other than that I enjoyed reading this.

Perfect Christmas story
I am having a hard time finding the words to describe this unexpected novella about Abel and Luna other than it is absolute perfection. Crystal and Sandy have given us a magical story about love and family. Abel and Luna are perfect together. Luna and the baby girl that they are expecting are his life. He would do anything to make her happy. When he plans the perfect wedding day for her and enlists the help of all of the Kings, it is just magical. I love to see this sweet side of the Kings. This book is heartwarming, beautifully written, full of love and also a few tears, and will make you feel like you are there celebrating this special day in Luna and Abel’s life. Perfect timing for such a beautiful story!
More than once I found myself wiping away tears...tears of happiness! I've read every book these sisters have written and so I have a special connection with each and every character! They have all become a part of me. So to see them reach this level of happiness is so beautiful! At a time when we're in the midst of trying times, more than usual, this book was just what I needed to relax and feel all the happy feels!! As usual, this book was so well written. Each page had its own colors and scents and though I've never been to NOLA, I feel like I have thanks to these amazing ladies!

I am beginning to think that I don't like these novellas that check in with people we've already read about. I mean, if the novella moves the overall storyline along, then I don't mind it, but I didn't really need to read about them finally getting married and having their baby. I think this could've been added to the end of another novel and been a lot shorter just showing their wedding and the birth.
I did like the part where we found out how Luna and her father have been bonding a lot more, but nothing else really added anything to the story. I feel like I'm going to start leaving these novellas to other people.

Amazing read
Love this short story. This short story is of Luna and Abel. It’s Christmas time in Louisiana and Luna and Abel are waiting on the arrival of their daughter. Abel and Luna are still engaged but Abel asked Luna if she would marry him before the arrival of their daughter. To which Luna agrees. Abel and his men turn his pop’s barn into a place so Abel and Luna are able to get married in. They ended up getting married on Christmas Eve and just in time for the arrival of their daughter. The next day on Christmas, their daughter arrives. Love this glimpse of Luna and Abel awaiting the arrival of their daughter. Worth the read

A definite must read!
I absolutely love all of the Kings of Retribution MC series, and was thrilled when I saw this holiday novella. It was an amazing and emotional story that everyone will love! I'm so happy that these two got their HEA, as it was truly deserved. There's also some unexpected surprises that you are not going to want to miss!

Abel "Riggs" loves one woman and the gift she gives him daily. Luna is so over the moon happy with a new baby girl coming soon and she has the life she never dreamed she would ever have. Riggs wants to give Luna one more present and that is giving her the wedding she has dreamed of. I loved this book so much and it was fun to see Luna, Riggs and all the other Kings of Retribution MC family again. This is such a sweet side to the alpha male President of this MC. Highly recommend and it truly made me smile so much.

This book is like coming home. A breath of fresh air. The way they complete the love story of these two incredibly deep and raw characters, is pure magic. This is a book I will crawl back into a million times, it’s just perfection. The details of the wedding it was like you were sitting there with them. The way they capture Able obsession with her body changing with pregnancy it was just something so magical. Absloutley one of my most cherished short story.

Such a great novella! This will put you in the mood for Christmas! Riggs and Luna are one of my favorite couples in this series. Luna is such a strong woman who was destined to be with the President of an MC. She brings out the best in Riggs. He is such a romantic and his love for her is so evident. I loved seeing the growing relationship with Luna and her father. They are going to be the best parents! Must read Holiday Romance!!
