Spoke directly to my situation

The book made me take a good look at myself. It's hard when you have to make the decision, am I going
to continue to make excuses for my situation or am I going to dig deep and investigate me? What did I do? what can I do? Accountability for one's decisions and then actions, for me, this book out that in the forefront. I absolutely loved reading every word. Thank you to the author Ryan Perez

This book would be extremely helpful for those who may have faced hard times and are focused on killing their weakness. In order to get past what’s holding you up you need to let go. Stop keeping score. Only then Can you improve in life. You have to shut off your self defeating narrative and be present with your actual reality in order to improve in anything in life.

I didn't finish reading this because I'm getting bored of the self help genre. But it's really well written and if you're going to read a self help book you could do a lot worse than this one.
