Ahisma: Dynamic Compassion is a deeper look into the importance of relating to all life and how we can improve as people thru our speech, actions, and thoughts. It does not push the toxic positivity agenda, just states the truth of how we exist, and how to bring a balance onto focus so that all living things have respect. The author uses many quotes from great leaders and activist which makes it a useful book to look back on over and over. The author prepared the book during the 2020-21 pandemic and widespread crisis in the world. The content was just what I needed in such uncertain times.
