150 pages summed up:

Challenge the status quo: Don’t accept rules just because they exist—question them, especially if they’re outdated or unjust.
Rewrite your own rules: Pirates created their own codes of conduct—this book encourages you to do the same in work and life.
Be bold, not reckless: True rebellion involves strategic, ethical risk-taking that aims to improve systems rather than destroy them.
Build a crew: Collaboration and shared values are essential—pirates weren’t lone wolves, they built communities.
Purpose over profit: Prioritize meaningful change over personal or financial gain.
Lead by example: Act with integrity and courage; lead change rather than waiting for permission.
Turn rebellion into a force for good: Use your actions to create positive impact in your community, workplace, or society.

I read this without reading Be More Pirate. I suspect this was a mistake.

This book felt a little too long on self congratulations and a little short on actionable ideas. I need to go back and read the first book. I'm confident it'll make more sense then.
