Thermography and the Fibrocystic and Dense Breast: A Radiation-Free Survival Guide for Happy Healthy Breasts

Rate this book
Many women are fearful about the health of their breasts because they fail to understand their own anatomy or how to promote breast wellness. Breast health requires knowledge about the risks of radiation, safe screening technologies, such as radiation-free thermography and ultrasound, the role of environmental estrogen disruptors , and easy ways to avoid daily exposure to chemical toxins. Thermography and the Fibrocystic and Dense Breast introduces clear medical choices that will increase the chances for maintaining healthy breasts. There is additional information on making healthy lifestyle choices to lower breast cancer risks through scientifically confirmed plant-based supplementation and detoxification advice. The book focuses upon prevention and empowering women to take responsibility for their own breast health at a time when trust in American health care is decreasing.

This is a very well written good book on the subject of thermography and breast health. The author’s lucid and very clear, concise, and no-nonsense writing style had helped me to understand this vital topic of our breast health in a better way. She has written this book in a simple format, which is appealing for the person who may have limited vocabulary and understanding, or may find scientific explanations difficult to comprehend.

It is also a very resourceful book with applicable guidelines.

The author writes from heart to heart, with a care for the reader and her breast health. It is clear that she is supportive of the reader and their breast health in mind.

It is a highly recommended book and a must read for all ladies and gentlemen out there. Ladies, get some copies for your family, friends and relatives. Gentlemen, get a copy for your partner, she will thank you for it. Librarians everywhere, please consider stocking at least one copy of this book at your local library. You will be doing yourself a great favour reading this book and getting yourself well educated and knowledgeable on breast health for yourself and others.

You will not regret purchasing this book. It is one of those books that I wished I had read more than 20+ years ago.
