From PMO to VMO: Managing for Value Delivery

Interesting overview on what could be for a future / different PMO organization in a more modern agile world. Unfortunately a lot of the thought / ethos relies heavily on SAFe and DAD rather than first principles. If you are looking for something unique that stands alone without any burdening Frameworks then you might be out of luck.
Nothing wrong overall but a lot of items that are too closely aligned with commercial frameworks.
No mention of Obeya, flight levels etc. WSJF just doesn't really work or scale so disappointed to see how it was framed vs CD3 by Joshua Arnold and others.
