We finished our first year of Plutarch and I couldn’t have done it without this guide. I’m so thankful you wrote these for us Anne E. White. I probably could’ve done it on my own but it would have been not as much fun. My son and I thought it was a delight and both learned so much.

My first time finishing a volume of Plutarch! My family has always found it hard to get through these. They can be rather intense, and dull. And it's always first on the list of things to drop if the school load gets too intense.
But I'm so glad I persevered! Mostly because it's cool to have studied what so many great thinkers -including our Founding Fathers- did. But also because it really is interesting to take note of what attributes make great leaders.
And there are definitely some fun moments to these, if you know how to appreciate them.
