Felt like a somewhat incoherent compilation of Youtube videos. Still, wanted to finish it in a whim, just because of that post on Reddit. He wrote a book and wanted to share it on r/Meditation, so why not just see what he had to offer, right?

New ideas to me, worth mentioning:

-Suppressing thoughts and emotions might have its place, contrary to the usual literature(when neurosis is severe, or when things are tough, I guess).
-The concept of Breath Exercises being a essential prerequisite in order to do the Mind Exercises. This fact giving me some clarity of when to transition, instilling some confidence and how important it is to make it the "foundation" of everything. So when everything feels meaningless and you want to tune out and run away, at least you have the almighty mindfulness of the breath to keep you going.
