I read this to my rescue cat as he’s a nervous little guy and I heard reading to pets/cats can be soothing. I thought this would potentially help. My boy seemed to love it.

It's actually a really good book about coping strategies with being worried and adapting to changes. After the reading this to my kid every night (her choice) it gets on my damn nerves.
