Michael T. Bhatty (*1967) studies art, media and literature. He professionalised his passion for epic and interactive narratives before his path led him into the German games industry.
As a lead game designer, he created the story and world of the international blockbuster game "SACRED" (2004), produced casual games such as "Moorhuhn Piraten" and "TinCan - Escape", before setting up his own company, Michael Bhatty Entertainment, in 2007. Here he produced the official novels for the "FarCry" series, "Götterdämmerung" (2007) and "Blutige Diamanten" (2008). Since 2010, his fantasy novels "Runes of Magic - Shareena" have been published, followed by "Runes of Magic - Asiya" (2011) and "Runes of Magic - Iszma" (2012).
In December 2012, he published the novel "Azarya" as an eBook in English, followed by the print version in April 2013.
In July 2014 Michael T. Bhatty's seventh novel was published: "KYLE - Im Kreis des Feuers", which takes the reader into an archaic world full of seductions, abysses, romance, friendship and betrayal! In 2015, the print version will be published with 980 pages, divided into the two volumes "Schwelende Wut"(Smouldering Rage) and "Brennender Zorn" (Burning Wrath).
In 2019 followed the release of the second book, "KYLE - Im Kreis des Wassers", with volumes III, "Stimmen im Nebel" (Voices in the Mist), and IV, "Tosende Fluten" (Roaring Tides).
In 2020 the first part of the Kyle Saga has been released in English: KYle & The Circle of Fire".
In addition to his passion for writing, Michael T. Bhatty teaches game design at the Mediadesign Hochschule in Düsseldorf. In 2010, he was appointed Professor of Game Design. The focus "Directing Games" combines approaches from Interactive Story-Telling and World Design.
