Governments are discovering that they can dramatically improve the reach of and access to their services to citizens and businesses by embracing new technologies. Blockchain technology along with other empowering technologies like IOT and AI & ML powered applications is facilitating a rapid disruption across every aspect of our life due to its ability to securely connect vast majority of users simultaneously. This is offering Provenance, Authenticity and Trust to transactions and reducing the cost of undertaking the business. In this book I would like to take a design thinking approach to easily understand and adopt Blockchain with an idea to instill a ’system' based approach to this nascent field. My book Blockchain- The Untold Story, published by BPB Publications in August 2018 is the first book to look at the Design Thinking approach, which I have successfully applied to over 5 successful implementations I have undertaken in my employment and consulting assignments since then.
