भर्तृहरि जी की नीतिशतकम् संस्कृत के प्रत्येक छात्र के लिए एक आवश्यक ग्रंथ है| जब मै ससंकृत भारती में ससंकृत सिख रहा तो हमारे गुरु, नन्द कुमार महोदय, ने कहा था की यदि कोई मात्र १०० सुभाषितम् भी सिख ले तो वो पंडित हो जाए| इस संस्करण में पांडुलिपियों में भेद होने के कारण १०० के स्थान में १११ श्लोक है।
