From the gutter to the stars...

Dance has always been the answer to everything.
It soothed my soul, kept me sane, gave me purpose.
It brought the Breakers back to me. It healed us.
This time dance isn’t enough.
It’s time to face our enemies. It’s time I fight back.
But at what cost?
My soul? The death of everyone I care about?
All I can be certain of is this...
I’m willing to do anything to protect the people I love.
Even becoming a monster.
This time there'll be no rehearsals, just our grand finale.
I pray it won’t be our last.

**Finale is book 4 of 4 in this new, gritty, contemporary reverse harem academy romance for 17+ readers. It deals with adult themes and some subjects you may find upsetting. If you love dance, your men on the criminal side, alpha hot holes, and the friends-to-enemies-to-lovers trope, this is for you. Contains foul language, sexual scenes and of course a HEA. For some of the characters at least.**

“We will be your light when the world gets too dark,” he continues. “We will be the lyrics in every song and the step in every dance. We’ll remind you every fucking day who you are."

"Dance allows imperfection. It embraces difference, challenges perception. It shines a light on all of the beauty, and all of the ugliness inside a person. It’s freeing. Uplifting. Cathartic. Joyous. Dance gives hope to the hopeless. It brings people together."

“We love you, regardless. We will fight for you, alongside you, against you if we need to, but we will never, ever, stop loving you.”

Breathtaking! Mesmerizing! All the feels!!!

Pen - 𝑺𝒐𝒇𝒕 𝑷𝒆𝒏. 𝑲𝒊𝒏𝒅 𝑻𝒊𝒕𝒄𝒉. 𝑳𝒐𝒗𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑻𝒊𝒏𝒚. 𝑺𝒘𝒆𝒆𝒕 𝑲𝒊𝒅.... and her Breakers will always hold a special place in my heart. It will be a long time before I move on from this series, if at all. Over the course of the 3 books we see Pen grow into the strong woman she truly is. It wasn't always easy and there were loads of setbacks, but she didn't let that stop her from anything.

This is the finale, the final turn, final dip, final bow. So glad I had a front row seat for the entire performance. 𝐁.𝐑.𝐀.𝐕.𝐎.

Her relationship with Xeno, Dax, York and Zayne was... Ugh! It's hard to put into words. Their chemistry was perfection and there love for one another was so transparent. They held nothing back... whether it be in love or dance.

𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐲’𝐫𝐞 𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐫𝐬. 𝐁𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐬. 𝐅𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬. 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬. 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐲’𝐫𝐞 𝐦𝐲 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬. 𝐌𝐲 𝐛𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐟𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐬. 𝐌𝐲 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭. 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐲’𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐩𝐢𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐦𝐲 𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐥.

Each and every dance held so many unspoken words and emotions. If they couldn't say it straight out, all they needed was to move their body. It was magical. It was phenomenal. It was....
𝑬𝑽𝑬𝑹𝒀𝑻𝑯𝑰𝑵𝑮

“𝐖𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐬 𝐭𝐨𝐨 𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐤,” 𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐞𝐬. “𝐖𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐲𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝐢𝐧 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞. 𝐖𝐞’𝐥𝐥 𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐟𝐮𝐜𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐫𝐞.

This series is filled with passion, ongoing twists and turns, steam (oh the steam!), redemption, hope, trust and above all... Love!! The love radiating from these 5 people was beyond palpable. There was no doubt to what they would do for each other. They were always stronger together.

Not gonna lie... I'm going to miss them soooo much! I don't reread books, but I bet this one will be the first! They will be dancing in my heart for all time.

Let me tell you something :

The theme for Academy of Stardom is DANCE.
Also, there is this gang thing. But that is not important to me.
As I said, DANCE.
And boy do I love dance. But, does not primarily means I can dance. Though I've spent seven years learning classical dance - Bharatnatyam. Not the point though.

Through this series, I came to learn about Bachata. And yes, I Youtubbed the hell out of it. And it delighted me whenever there were mention of other dance forms, steps and actions... And those songs along with it were great accessory.

But... talking about the story : I felt all those twists in the plot came in the final book of the series at the last 20% of the story. I read 4 books and all those bombs were dropped in the last part of the book. It felt quite annoying.

Apart from that, there were few times were I felt Pen was acting like... I don't know how to put it. Like some naïve, little girl where she was not. I liked the boys. Though I couldn't comprehend Xeno's idea of love.

In a nutshell, I read the series. I enjoyed reading it from a readers pov, but I didn't loved it.
Hence, a 3 star rating.

There was mention of The Masks as the next series. I am debating whether to read it. However, I would love to read Grim and Beast's story next.

I tried. I really did. Got halfway through. It's too repetative. Too much about how much she loves them over and over and over and over again. Too much about how much they love her. Too much about how the brother is a psycho. Too much about how she's worried about her sister. It takes 3 chapters to move the story along. (Perhaps I'm exaggerating a tiny, little bit...) It dragged on.

Not gonna lie, I did skim through some pages. It was really hard to read this book. Specifically the first 200 pages. To me it was super cringe. Some parts were really boring, unrealistic and I sometimes I thought about DNF the book. But I persevered and finished it!

It’s not a 1 star for the reason that I didn’t hate it. It was not of my liking, but there were some scarce parts I did enjoy reading, and some characters I did like and intrigued me.

For example, I’m intrigued about the Deana-dhe, I wanna know more about Lena and Gray, and I want to find out more about Christy and The Masks. I personally think other people might enjoy this book, but it just wasn’t for me.

The first book was pretty amazing but with each book it went declining. I’m still gonna read other books the author puts out in this universe and maybe I’ll like them. We’ll see. Bye bye!

The end is here- the final curtain call, the last dance, the finale. And even though Bea ended up giving us four books instead of three, I’m still not ready for that final bow. But Finale does not disappoint. Bea brings all the emotions, the sweet and tender moments, the dark and gritty danger, and the magic of dance.

While this story has been building up to a much anticipated denouement- the inevitable collision of the Breakers past connections to their present, the journey has never felt predictable. Especially in this final book. At first I wasn’t quite sure where Bea was going with what at first seemed to be emotional detours on the path to the final fight. But soon it clicked- this story has never been about the enemy, about the final fight. Not truly. It’s been about the connection of a chosen family, the intersection of five broken souls who are healed only by their love for each other and their shared language of dance. And this story is about Pen- her quest to reclaim what she has lost, to free herself, to face monsters and love monsters without becoming one herself. And that is truly where this story dwells- because Bea wants to sit in the stakes. What is at risk- both this beautiful and deep relationship she’s finally established with her harem, but also her own humanity.

THAT is the heart of this series- so while we get an epic finale, we also get to take our time getting there. Of course we get the mystery and suspense as everyone urgently prepares for danger, but in the mix we also have quite, slower paced beats- the heartfelt ones. Time for Bea to show us how happy Pen and her men are- who solid, steady, and unbreakable they are how. How equal they are as a team. After books of confronting baggage, Bea lets us revel in moments sweet, funny, and HOLY MOLY SEXY now that this harem is united. The nuance chemistry, the intense emotional connection, the vulnerable openness they finally have- the DEEP and profound unconditional love they share. We get to soak it up- all so Bea can remind us just how much they are risking and just how desperate they will be to protect what they FINALLY have. And paired with that, we also get to time to explore Pen’s metaphysical struggle- her desire to transform into someone who is strong enough to face the foe, her deep emotional pain and trauma in the face of tragedy and endless fear, her struggle to old onto her essence in the face of so much darkness. And we need these moments- we need them to show not only how beautiful these men are in supporting her (men who empower, uplift her, GIVE her control), but also we need it to complete what has been a fantastic character arc for this incredible heroine. The once abused, broken and beaten girl who hid and ultimately ran to the powerhouse who leans into her greatest weapon- LOVE- and faces her demons.

Each of our characters, both large and small, get a beautiful moment to shine. Bea showcases just who they are to this story, to Pen. Bea is such a fantastic character writer- each of our supporting cast has such dimension, such a clear character voice, and such an important purpose in this story- and alas, all the pieces come together just as they should. And our main cast gets the opportunity to show how each of them has grown- how they've faced their pain, their doubts and secrets, and they've emerged as the better versions of themselves. As their truest self. And, as the showdown we’ve been expecting looms, we get some unexpected twists, secrets, and betrayals- the plot consistently thickening until there is nothing left to do but make a final stand. A showdown that is epic, satisfying, heartbreaking, and jaw dropping all at once.

As we close the doors on this harem (though Bea has promised us more in this world), I again have to marvel at the creativity and innovative storytelling that makes this series so unique and inspired. This isn’t a story about dance, a story that features dancers, a story with some dance in it- though it has all those things. Bea has given us an emotional and poignant character journey that is told THROUGH dance - from the start to finish. They way she’s merged music and movement- taken what is inherently not visible, something seemingly impossible to articulate through the written word, and she’s breathed so much life into it that I could feel the moment, the energy, the FEELINGS coursing through my veins. Pen and her guys began with dance, they’ve fought and battled and hurt through it, they’ve healed through it, and they’ve united through it, and now it is their connective tissue, their tether not only to each other but to their own beating hearts, their vulnerability, their humanity- and the tether they need to face the monsters around them.

Finale isn’t truly an ending- it’s a beginning. And it call comes back to where this story all began- to DANCE. The original 5th harem member that is now their anchor, the language of their souls. The extension of each of these characters- their beating heart. Their truth, and their freedom. Their final bow is emotional, hard fought, and not without its losses, but it is also perfect. Because we know that despite it all, the Breakers will forever dance as one.

This was a perfect finale to the series, I know there's another book to come but that's more an extended epilogue to the series and set five years in the future. This one, book four wraps up the main story bringing closure and a heartwarming HEA.

It was such a wild ride, jam-packed full of danger and passion, found family and it's probably one of my favourite ever reverse harem series to date. I'm definitely going to be picking up book five to see what the future holds for Pen and her Breakers.

I refuse to beleive its over 😢

I have absoloutley LOVED this series so, so much!! You know when you fall for every single character, not just the main characters but all of the side characters too. They are one big family and I'm now suffering a major book hangover.

DAX 💖 Bea you literally broke my heart in this book!! What a roller coaster that was 😅 brillaint final book, if you haven't started this series yet. Don't make the same mistake I did, start now 💯🙌🏼

I don't want to say much as I don't want to give any of the plot away!! I adore all of the guys in this book and Pen of course 💖 I will be ordering these books in paperbacks for sure 💖... ill also be keeping an eye out for a new series maybe from this same world 👀👀

Not the best review I'll ever write considering these books made me stay up wayyyyyy past my bed time but I wanted to leave my review while still feeling in the moment 😂

Loved this series. Was already dreading there being "only" 4 books when I had barely started the third one 😂

Gutted to say goodbye to the boys. Never thought I'd enjoy RH but here I am.

Loved the combination with dance, adding the dance academy was brilliant and there was a good mix of action, dance, romance and suspense.

I will definitely continue on with the books about Grim"s sister but I know I"ll be sad if Xeno, Zayne, York and Dax aren't mentioned at all.

I"m definitely re-reading these books in the future.

I just wrote a series review and copied it to book 2 too 5.

BASIC FACTS: Academy of Stardom, 5 books finished series
Titles & no. of Pages:
1. Freestyle 362 pages
2. Lyrical 398 pages
3. Breakeres 434 pages
4. Finale 444 pages
5. Encore 324 pages
My rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Genre: Dance Academy, organized crime (Gangs)
Theme: From the gutter to the stars
Protagonist Ages: not sure, but I think around 20
Pacing: Plot: medium Relationship: slow burn
Plot Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I recommend the series, if you like dance, Gangs and enemies to lovers with bullying. I got it recommended myself by my gr friend Gaby (we miss you!). It was on my tbr because the series wasn’t finished at that time. I decided to throw it on my clear your tbr list, for a challenge. After starting Freestyle I was hooked. Because this series reminded me a little of Hanaford Prep and crossed with The Hights Crew. The story was simple but had a good pace and a lot of unexpected turns.

I love Pen and her guys. my favorite Guy is Beast, who likes Pen and he looks after her, when she is working in the club. I like Grim, because she becomes Pen’s alley when Pen needed her. And later she is Pen’s friend.

Fun Fact: Bea wrote a Their Obsession Series and a Series about the Deana-dhe (which means Butterflys). And they are either mentioned or have a cameo. There is also a Series called the Freed Brothers, which play a role in this book too.

Back to the series: Recently the book Encore was published. The fifth book of Academy of Stardom is kind of a cross over and play five years after Finale. It was nice to see how Pen’s family grew. We had a lot of smut and dance. Saw the Why choose and other couples again. But for me this was the weakest book and it’s the only one which got 3 stars rating from me. I read it, skipped a lot and read some more. But if you wouldn’t read it, the series could have finished after book 4.

I partly read the books and partly listend to the audiobook. I liked both. Lately I enjoy audiobooks a lot. I binged the series and had a great time.

Characters and Summery: spoilers ahead!!!

Woah….I am blown away with Finale. Finale answered all of our (readers) questions and concludes the Academy of Stardom. I won’t say neatly…But Pen and the Breakers’ HEA did not come without a price. So much I would like to say but Don’t want to spoil Finale for future readers so I will just say the Breakers’ HEA did not come without sacrifice, heartbreak, love, friendship, family, and redemption. Finale is filled with my favorite elements (twists, turns, things going sideways, ups, down, love, emotion, lots and lots of heat, secrets, and revelations) and from the first page (truly first page of book 1, Freestyle) till the last. Bea Paige, author, did a fantastic job with Finale. Bea created a world and characters that have history, depth, and characteristics that is well rounded and make it and them that much more easily relatable and easier to fall in love with and empathize with. I know that I did not want to say goodbye to Pen and the Breakers but I am looking forward to The Dancer and the The Mask 🎭. While I am waiting I plan on reading more books by Bea like the Academy of Misfits Series, Brothers Freed The Complete Trilogy, and Finding Their Muse: The Complete Series. Bea has become a favorite with her writing style, lovable characters, creative world, and her believable romance stories (like her ending with Finale *see author’s note at the end). Bea mentioned in her author’s note in the end that we might or might not see more of the characters that showed up in the Academy of Stardom like Grim’s half sister, Christy and The Mask 🎭 but I have to admit that I am hoping to read in the future about Grim and Beast story (which according to Grim is not a fairy tale and did not start as a love story), Clancy, River, & Lola, and the Deana-dhe (Arden, Lorcan, & Carrick). Might be wishful think or not but time will tell. I plan on keeping an eye on Bea’s Facebook readers group, Queen Bea Hive. As I am sure you already know I highly recommend the Academy of Stardom Series! You will not be disappointed. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do!!

For three instalments we have dive into the world of Pen and her Breakers and been with them. From the highs to lows we have seen them at their weakest and their strongest. We have seen them reunite and become something special. Yet there is the ties to the past that have remind tether and unshakable. Till now in the Finale where Bea beaks all the barriers and brings us the Finale we desperately crave.

The story has been building up to this moment, we were left with that ending and now the aftermath of that devastation has left it raw and open. It's left the crew at a point whether love is enough to see them through it all. Emotions are running high and time to face that tether unshaken past.

Paige has deliver a book that finally gets us see the Breakers in the light that we saw through Pen's eyes at the beginning. Through the grim and despair , this book highlights what truly what draw us to this harem. It's sad to to see these guys go afer fourth books. This was the perfect way to see them off.

The conclusion to this story was everything I could have hoped for. Lots of action, the right amount of spice, and a well deserved hea 😊. There were twists I seen coming, and some I did not.

I have totally read these series out of order, but it totally works. Next up will be the extended epilogue and eventually Grim and Beast’s book. Further down the road the rest.

I love this author 🫶🏻

Pen and the Breakers killed me in this book! We get to see a lot of Pens internal struggles and how die hard she really is, especially if she loves you. Her boys are worried that Pen will not come back unscathed if she does and becomes her worst nightmare so not only do they want to protect her but they also help her every step of the way. Loved this series!!

It hurts to give this one 3 stars. This series was one of the first RH series I read and fell in love with, exactly one year ago! Book 2 was coming out in less than a month and I was counting down the days and had even joined the Bea Paige's Facebook group! Book 2 came out and I LOVED it. Few months later, heard that book 3 would in fact be expanded into book 4 and that was the best news ever! Book 3 was good and book 4..for some reason I kept avoiding it ever since it released. The spark disappeared and I finally read Finale only because I didn't want to keep it on my TBR for long. It was good..but it didn't give the butterflies anymore. It stopped meaning more..it stopped feeling special. I couldn't even be bothered to read the dance sequences with the songs that were chosen by the author! This coming from someone who read Freestyle and Lyrical MORE THAN ONCE! Maybe if I had read the books one after the other without the huge amount of breaks that it took for each book to come out or maybe if I hadn't read so many other amazing books, I would probably have loved this last one.
Will I stop reading other books by the author?
Hell no! I'll pick up the Dancer and the Masks as soon as it releases. I'm pretty upset that I couldn't bring myself to feel much about the last book. Bea Paige did a great job with the series.

However, the epilogue was just disappointing. I get that the author was setting the stage for her next duet series, but if you're not going to give more from the Breakers in the form of a novella then why not give an extended epilogue or something??! It felt abrupt..cutting them off just like that and shifting the focus to Grim's sister. I was not ready to say goodbye. Oh well, onto the next book.

I wanted to love this one but I ended up skimming parts of it because it lost me. I think it could have been that the harem was together and good so we didn’t have the angst or the chase so we didn’t get as many good moments with them. I mean I loved the hot tub scene don’t get me wrong but other than that I felt like it was missing something. It was also super repetitive with the constant I love them, they’re mine, we all belong to each other monologues. It got boring, I wasn’t feeling the spark unfortunately. There were moments that were interesting but they were few and far between. Take this with a grain of salt as most people love this book, I think it just wasn’t for me.

Wowww, what an ending. The Breakers have definitely came a long way from the start. The story picks up just where the previous book ended, with a murder, Lena confused and broken and Pen scared for her sister.

There are tons of emotions coming to play here ranging from numbness, anger, sadness, the inability to control things, understanding and love. Pen and her men are close enough yet far in realising the actual situation.

𝑊𝑒’𝑟𝑒 𝑓𝑜𝑢𝑟 𝑝𝑎𝑖𝑟𝑠 𝑜𝑓 ℎ𝑎𝑛𝑑𝑠 , 𝑓𝑜𝑢𝑟 𝑏𝑒𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑛𝑔 ℎ𝑒𝑎𝑟𝑡𝑠 𝑤𝑖𝑡ℎ 𝑜𝑛𝑒 𝑠𝑖𝑚𝑝𝑙𝑒 𝑔𝑜𝑎𝑙: 𝑡𝑜 𝑙𝑜𝑣𝑒 ℎ𝑒𝑟.

This has been an interesting read and I loved how the guys always have Pen's back. We see more of Grim and Beast along with Hudson, Madam Tulliard and D-Neath.

The dance, oh my goodness! With the playlist on, you'll be sinking into emotions for sure!! The twist was amazing and never did I think of "her" being the snake. We have romance along with passion (ahem ahem, the hot tub just started burning!), fight and a HEA ending.

The ending leads to a hint of another book involving Christy and the blurb is freaking amazing and gave me chills.💀

One of the most satisfying conclusions to an amazing series I have read.
.
I’m speechless, I may or may not be emotional and I can feel the book hangover set it already! This was an amazing book and conclusion to this series. It was emotional, unpredictable and so compelling. I feel adrift. Such an incredible plot and those twists, omg! Did not see those coming and I loved every minute.
.
Pen and the guys showed some major growth. Their journey has been a whirlwind and how it all ended was perfect. It was satisfying, bittersweet and you get that sense of completeness that you know the closer you get to the end, that you are going to miss them. Well, at least I do. I have enjoyed pen in this book. She showed her resilience, strength and her inner power to take back control. She conquered her demons and i was here for it.
.
I didn’t expect to see an even darker side to this world but I’m glad we did because it just elevated the book to whole new levels. It shows there is truly no limit to any particular story and discovering it all was awesome. I feel deeply connected to this world and characters that I’m in denial it is over. I hope we see them again in a future cross over because I’m not ready to be done with some of the characters we have met through this series.
.
An unforgettable page-turner with angst, action, drama, shocking twists and an emotional ride that you will never forget. I bow down to Bea Paige for this amazing masterpiece. Standing O from me!

This book title is Finale and I really thought « Finally !! » at the last page.

First of all, I enjoyed the overall series, so go for it because it’s well written and a great story!

But this book was dragging too much for me and it felt like a long teaser for other series. So I was bored with it and I had to skip the internal repetitive mayhem and the long and not informative dialogues.

It a shame because I really enjoyed the beginning of this story, the characters, the academy and everything in this universe.

But the problem with love stories is that you have to finish the book when they are together or to have a plot. I lost my interest when Xeno and Pen came together. After that the plot was dragging unnecessarily and I was bored.

But still, this is my problem, you might not have the same one and I still recommend strongly this series ! For the smut amateurs, it’s goooood !🌶🌶

First off I would like to say how happy I am that Bea chose to write a fourth book. This series needed that fourth book to wrap up all that was going on and boy was that a wild ride. Out of all Bea Paige’s series this by far was my favorite one. You could just feel the love and emotion that she put into this book fly off the pages and couldn’t help but get lost in all the emotions that were evoked by this series.

Pen is probably one of my favorite characters I have read to date. She is strong but also knows when you break. She is lucky to have 4 strong men that surround her and make her feel whole. One doesn’t feel more then the other, and as a unit they pick up the slack when one is hurting.

Going into this book I really didn’t know what to expect. Then the ending was everything these books have led to and we went out nothing short of a finale. I can’t wait to see what Bea has in store next because if it’s anything like what I just read, we shall find ourselves lost in another great story.

Bea Paige hass done it again and written a masterpiece with this unbelievably amazing ending in this book!! It was everything this whole series was!! It was full of raw emotions, lots of drama, love, and a ton of steam. In this last book we get to see a lot of focus on Pen and her fighting back. Boy let me tell you Pen is one stronge and brave girl who will fight and protect those she loves no matter what it takes. She is definitely put to the test in this book/story and you will not want to miss this one. I was definitely not ready for this book and had every emotion going crazy while reading it. The Breakers would do anything for her as she would for them but will they be ready for what's to come?? Your gonna have to read this to find out because I don't want to spoil it for anyone. Back when I started reading Bea's books I wondered if I would like them and from the first series I read of hers I was hooked. Every single book I read has blown me away and I wanted more and more just like this book. I'm sad to see it ending but so excited to see what this author had in store for us next. Don't miss out on this incredibly amazing world and grab this book now or start the series if you haven't yet you won't regret it!!

The Final book kinda just went flat for me. The beginning was so slow and Pen went from mostly BA to...I don't even know the right word. I was a little disappointed in the way Pen's character kinda shut down there at the beginning. She had fought hard for what little she has. For her sister and herself. She's back with her guys, pretty much the top dancer at the academy and has the coolest best girlfriends ever (Clancy and Grim). I get she experienced a loss and still has threats against her but she was willing to throw it all away. Her personal triumph was pretty awesome towards the end but then again the way the end just kind of skipped around giving us vague details was not very satisfying.
For the most part I loved this series Just not thrilled with the way it ended.

Book four in the Academy of Stardom series. Each book is to be read in order.
I wasn’t disappointed in this story at all- I ended up reading it in one afternoon and enjoyed every second.

Pen and her men are everything and more. They have given me a fantastic roller coaster of a story and I couldn’t want for any more. The Finale was pure perfection.

The author has taken us on an amazing crazy ride with this series. Although I’m sad to see it end I’m looking forward to seeing what this author has up her sleeve for us next.

Well. It’s over. I was in tears for the last 100 pages of the book. I could read thousands more pages about these characters that I have become so attached to. This is my new favorite series. I will be rereading them all many many times just to experience the pure joy again.
