Double Scrooged
They say everyone has a Scrooge in their life, and I unfortunately have two.
Nate and Barron, my arrogant ex-stepbrothers, hate me.
Like really hate me.
Ever since my dad, their ex-stepdad, cheated on their mom for the fifth time, they’ve wanted nothing to do with me—or him. Not that I can blame them. Daddy has never been the standard father figure. He was too busy cheating and drinking to notice that he had family that needed him.

This was pretty slow and boring.
The female lead has some mob guys threatening her because her dad left her with his debt. She asks her stepbrothers for help. Initially, they say no because her dad broke their mother’s heart. However, they later say they’ll do it if they can play with her body. (Prior to this moment, I felt no chemistry between the 3 leads.) She agrees. They find her dad. He goes to rehab. Things are resolved. She’s pregnant, and then gives birth to a daughter. They live happily together.

Really good read and well written. Tatiana gets a visit from 2 goons because her dad owes them money with no other option she visits her 2 ex-stepbrothers, will they help her or not. Would recommend this book.

Meh
It was ok. Christmas themed. The 2 H were not my favorite. Their reluctance to like the h was annoying and their general personalities was meh as well. Same for the h. Plus all the steamy good bits were rushed over or fade to black. 2/5.

The name says it all when it comes to Christmas. They both end up with a case to help their ex-sister-in-law but with a fee of her. They need to find her Father but end up loving her

Love it. The love of a good mystery and romance. They also agree to at least semi like Christmas. Family reunion.
