Meg only wanted one night…

Meg Sanders enjoyed her wild night with a prince and his bodyguard—but now she’s moving on. She has enough problems without borrowing the kind of trouble Theo brings just by being who he is. But no matter how determined she is to leave that night a fond memory, she hasn’t seen the last of Theo and Galen…

Galen only wants to protect his prince…

Galen Mikos’s life boils down to one goal. Keep Theo alive. But as long as Theo draws breath, he’s a threat to the powers that have taken over Thalania—and anyone they associate with runs the risk of becoming a target, too. Galen will never forgive himself if they let their selfish desire for Meg puts her in danger. But it might already be too late…

Theo will do anything to keep them both.

Theo Fitzcharles might be an exiled prince, but he doesn’t intend to stay that way. He’s only concerned with one thing—clearing his mother’s name and reinstating himself as Crown Prince of Thalania. There’s no room in that plan for distraction, especially when it makes him forget himself the way Meg does. But after spending one perfect night with her and his best friend, Theo has no intention of leaving her alone.

Even if it damns all three of them in the process.

In FOREVER THEIRS, you’ll find:
-> Royal Romance
-> Second Chance Romance
-> Bodyguard romance

I think it’s the first time Katee Robert doesn’t live up to expectations.

Don’t get me wrong, if you’re looking for a steamy MMF, this book is perfect. But personally, the emotional aspect felt quite compromised.

The two men had been involved together their whole lives and pretty much in love, but they referred to each other as best friends and even stated they’ve dated other people “but always came back to each other”, which has some weird implications.

In the end, some word choices made it sound like the MM relationship wasn’t a real one and they just had sex because “it’s hot” and that didn’t sit well with me.

I absolutely loved the chemistry between Meg, Theo and Galen in the prequel novella Theirs for the Night (currently available for free from all ebook retailers but this is a limited sale so grab it while you can!) so I've been looking forward to this full length book. There is absolutely no doubt that Katee Robert can write fantastic sex scenes and this triad is hot enough to melt my kindle! This picks up the story not long after the end of the novella so I'd definitely recommend reading that first so you know the character's full history.

Meg, Theo and Galen each had their own reasons for making sure their one night together was just that and nothing more but sometimes life has a way of upsetting well laid plans and that's exactly what happens here. Theo is a prince in exile thanks to his uncle's attempts to take control of the throne, his goal all along has been to prove his uncle's lies and reclaim his rightful place as the Crown Prince with the help of his best friend and bodyguard Galen. Meg on the other hand just wants to finish her studies so that she can become an accountant and have the security that was missing throughout her childhood. Unfortunately for Meg Theo's uncle has realised that she was important to his nephew and has decided to use her to get control of Theo and Galen. Now the three are on the run and desperately searching for the proof they need to get Theo's crown back.

I found it really easy to like all three of these characters and I think one of the things I liked most was that all of them seem to play an equal part in the relationship. Theo and Galen have been best friends and lovers for years so you might think that adding a third into the mix would ruin their relationship but it actually worked really well and Meg just fitted together with them perfectly. I really enjoyed the scenes with all three of them but was glad we got to see them in different pairings too and there didn't seem to be any jealousy when any one of them wasn't directly involved.

I have to admit that the relationship did feel a little rushed, I can put that to one side when I'm reading a romance novel but I did feel it was far too soon for the big announcement that Theo made at the end of the book no matter how much I'm looking forward to seeing the fallout in the sequel! The romance side of the story really worked for me but I felt the suspense was a little too far on the back burner, I never really felt the danger they were in and it all seemed to be resolved a little too quickly considering this is a series rather than a standalone book. Having said that I'm still really looking forward to the next book in the series and I'm glad that Theirs Ever After will be published later this year so I don't have to wait too long to see what happens next!

I read Theirs for the Night last year and it was a fun and steamy MMF short story about an exiled prince, his bodyguard, and the one night stand they have with a young woman. While initially Meg goes her separate way she ends up thrust back into Theo and Galen’s life. The chemistry between the three characters is amazing and it was interesting to see the plot of how Theo is trying to earn his throne back.

The angst that comes up in the story makes sense because of how complicated the characters’ lives are and why they believe that their positions mean they can’t all three be together. Occasionally the POV would shift away from the trio and show how the villains were plotting against the protagonists and it was a bit odd. Yes the information from those scenes was important, but it feels weird to be taken away from the main relationship in a romance novel.

I really enjoyed where this story ended. Because it’s the second book in a trilogy I was assuming there would be a cliffhanger. So I was pleasantly surprised when the story felt complete. I’m glad there’s another book so that I can get more time with the characters. But I think the ending is satisfying enough that if this is where the story stopped for good I wouldn’t feel cheated out of anything.

This begins a couple months after the novella where Meg is trying to go back to her normal life after her one night stand with a prince and his bodyguard. When the prince, Theo, comes back in town Meg quickly gets involved in an apparent deadly situation.

This book was just so wild ngl. I've read a lot of books by this author that have also been wild but yea this was wild. The triad dynamic felt well done though and I liked that it was a true triad, not just a couple of boyfriends.

The made up country thing was... a thing. It didn't vibe and it was such a mess. It was so DRAMATIC too and for what. I really just wanted idk, prince and bodyguard romance while they go shopping and chill not go through insane drama that was unnecessary. The prince was banished and his evil uncle took over the made up country and they had to go on a quest to find his mother's birth certifiable or something?? Assassins were after them the entire time too.

Like we're here for the smut aren't we? Why was there so much drama and so little smutting?

Forever Theirs follows our Meg going back to her normal life after slipping out on Theo and Galen. She leaves her phone number not expecting anything but essentially leaving the invitation open if they find themselves gracing each other presences again. Three months pass by and not a word until one day Theo shows up at her job unexpectedly wanting more but not willing to put a name to it. Meg was perfectly capable of saying goodbye and walking away until she finds out that he paid her tuition. She is pissed about this and intends to give Theo a piece of her mind but ends up giving her a piece of something something. Galen is upset because Meg wasn't supposed to be back in their lives but he's low key happy because they had some very good, sexy times that neither of them can forget. When Meg gets attacked on orders of Theo's uncle, all bets are off and Meg is officially on the run with the exiled prince and his bodyguard. Not exactly how she planned her life but Theo and Galen are super protective and it also doesn't hurt that they are slowly, but surely falling for one another.

I really liked the first half of the book. It was medium paced as far as the plot goes. Theo and Galen are after a birth certificate that is supposed to prove that Theo is the rightful Prince before his uncle succeeds in having him killed. Galen is trying to make sure Theo stays alive but also makes the right decisions because he ultimately wants them to be able to go back to Thalania alive and together. Meg was never part of the plan but she keeps surprising them and they can't help but keep her around even though it's super dangerous. I enjoyed the intrigue especially when they were on the run. The second half however seemed to turn into a slow creep to the end. The sex scenes were still incredibly sexy but the plot became tedious and then it seemed like it was wrapped up too quickly by the end; answers that seemed hard to reach were suddenly right there.

I'm glad they got their happy ending. This could have easily been a duet because I have to admit I don't really care to read about their life in Thalania although my friend says it's totally worth it so don't let my review sway you! Overall I will definitely be reading more of Katee's backlist in the future.

I just finished both this one and book 3, so I'm going to copy and paste my comment...
Katee always delivers what she promises.
Every one of her books is 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
She gives you a filthy perfect little place to escape for the day.
I think I might never re-read these, but I'm ready to read at least once every single one of her stories.

This triad was refreshing, the MCs were all strong minded but likeable.

Only one little issue: the pov.
In this story the author decided to use multiple POVs, but without any warning whatsoever to make you understand where we are at. That was a bit disorienting in stone points, especially because her books are really fast reads and you don't get to enter in the souls of the MCs so much as to know instantly who it is. This problem was mostly solved for me reading book 3, because I got more accustomed to the characters in a very brief time.

Ending point: I need more triads, more harems. I'm shameless, but until everything is closed inside my kindle and no one knows what I'm reading it's okay. 😆

I really enjoyed the characters and their relationship, but will probably take a break from the series because I don’t think it’s what I want right now. Will definitely come back to it!

I am going to do things a bit different with this review where I will not only review the main book, Forever Theirs, but I will also review the prequel novella, Theirs for the night. I highly recommend reading the novella before delving into Forever Theirs so you have the background on how Theo, Meg, and Galen met, what happened between them, and how it ended, before you move further. Believe me it will enhance the story for you.

Theirs For The Night, was a HOT QUICK READ that can be read in an hour or two. This was originally given as a freebie to newsletter subscribers but is now currently free on all retailers (I'm guessing for a limited time so grab your copy now). Meg is a college student that tends bar in order to pay her tuition and today is her 23 birthday so her girlfriend convinces her to go out to a club for a little while to let loose and forget about her money troubles. Well, as soon as she walks in she catches Theo's eye.

What I found most interesting was that the chemistry was never stronger between one set of two, no matter how things were going all three of them were into the other equally, I found this interesting because Theo and Galen have been friends for years and are already together but Meg fit right in as if she was the missing piece just wanting to be inserted....ok poor pun choice but you get the drift of what I'm saying. This was truly a ONS with Meg having no intentions on seeing either Galen or Theo again, especially after what she heard as she was sneaking out in order to avoid the awkward morning after.

Forever Theirs picks up shortly after where Theirs For The Night finished, Meg is working hard at the bar but still finding herself short on cash for the upcoming semester. As for Theo and Galen, well we don't know what they've been up to at first but then holy cow when the truth comes out and we learn all about what Theo and Galen have been going through....yikes!

Katee Robert did a wonderful job with writing three likable characters that had you rooting for all of them right from the very beginning, this story was not only filled with the budding romance between the three but also mystery/suspense as well as action/adventure. This story really kept me at the edge of my seat I didn't know what would happen next would it be someone coming after them or would we be blessed with another hot as heck sex scene. I definitely recommend both books to fans of Ménage à trois, poly/triad relationships. Happy Reading!!!

This book hooked me from page 1. It was a really good follow up to the first novella book, and I enjoyed getting to know more of these characters.

This is definitely what I consider "trashy romance" and there is not a lot of substance. There is not a lot of depth to the relationship and the plot is very far fetched in many aspects. But I eat this stuff up like candy and really enjoyed reading it.

Dare I say, I liked this even better than the previous book! I actually finished a book and liked it!

I think my reading slump may be over.

I’ll probably properly review this at some point. Cause it’s definitely one of the better romances I’ve read.

I loved FOREVER THEIRS and I honestly couldn't put it down! I was intrigued by Meg, Theo, and Galen and after reading the first in the series I couldn't wait to see more of them. Katee Robert had me sucked into the story from the beginning and I loved watching each of them navigate their changing relationship.

The characters really make FOREVER THEIRS and I fell in love with each of them individually and especially as a triad. Meg was strong, outspoken, and independent and while that sometimes meant she pushed Theo and Galen away, she also began to learn how to lean on other people for support. As a Prince, Theo was born to lead and he cares deeply about his country and he refuses to give up after being exiled.

Theo is sexy and confident and he's used to being in control of every situation. While Theo brings charm to the relationship, Galen brings a growly, protective stance that sets off sparks with Meg. Galen has dedicated himself to protecting and supporting Theo, but with Meg he sees that they can be so much more. I really liked how different Galen was from Theo and his alpha attitude toward protecting both Theo and Meg was so sexy.

Though Theo and Galen have a long history as friends and lovers, I adored how they embraced Meg into their relationship and truly wanted to be a triad; they never made Meg feel like she was a third wheel and while a polyamorous relationship is new for Meg she jumps in with both feet. The chemistry between Theo, Galen, and Meg was on fire but more than that, the sweet intimacy that began to grow between them was also beautiful. I also liked that we saw different combinations in the relationship and Robert really explores how each character connects and falls for the other two.

This was a beautiful, sexy, and incredibly hot read (that "punishment" scene *fans face*) and I loved these characters so much that I went right from FOREVER THEIRS into the next book.

How can someone write such a terrible book and get famous or paid for it?!!!
I'm not gonna finish the series as the end of this one was disastrous! Writers have to know that a happy ending doesn't always work!

I loved the first 50% but then I put it down and once I picked it back up, my interest had lowered. It was still an enjoyable, sexy read and I might read the third book to finish this series. However, I'm not as much into the plot as I thought I was. I actually forgot to put this book as "read" on goodreads even though I finished this book a couple of days ago and that never happens to me. I know I seem negative but it was still really good and hot and if you're looking for a menage romance, then this is for you!

I love this series!! It just gets hotter and hotter. That bedroom scene at the safehouse was absolute fire. As much this throuple is sizzling, they are equally as romantic and protective. Sigh.

I love their dynamics, the situation both the guys' find themselves in and how Meg is trapped in it too. But is she really? I mean, you gotta ask, is being trapped with two hot as sin men really that bad?.... I don't think so lol.
I loved Theo the most here. He is the classic Bad boy but add in the royal charm, status and arrogance and what you get is....well, one irresistible prince 🤴.
Read this now!!

Not worth the time or money. I prequel wasn't bad but this was not great. It was a bit difficult to finish. It was not very fluid or creative. Needs editing. Not going to read the next book.

3rd person POV - Meg, Theo, & Galen

While this can be read as a standalone and without reading the prequel, the prequel is a super short novella (Theirs for the Night ~70pgs) that gives us all the juicy details from the night Theo & Galen set their sights on Meg. It's hot and also on KU so definitely check it out. The plot for this was pretty decent.. you could tell there were some more seemingly flimsy plot lines that the author was eventually able to strengthen and give depth to that helped with my overall rating. The conflict that is building up the entire book was settled a little too swiftly in my opinion and was somewhat anticlimactic but I'm glad for the HFN. There is a 3rd and final book that I will probably read soon unless my mood changes lol As always, Katee Robert injected this story with absolute filth and the majority of the steamy scenes involved all 3 MCs. There were some 1:1's but not too many. Overall a sweet and short but oh so spicy read!

Spoiler free review:
I really enjoyed this one! Such a sweet and steamy menage romance, it's exactly what I'm looking for when we get poly relationships, however I would've loved to get more insight into each character and who they are as a person, because I feel like these books are pretty short and that's why the characters feel like they don't have much of a personality outside of their job. I'd love to see more of them in their "down time" and I'm crossing my fingers that they'll get even more fleshed out in the next book because I love their overall dynamic so far!

Ooooo this was super fun and delicious. I do love me a MMF poly romance! 😈 Add to that a deliciously cocky prince & broody bodyguard MM duo, plus our fiery, fiercely independent FMC, and this trio was absolute perfection! I loved the storyline and the SPICE! I had a really good time reading this.

I’m in the throes of a massive book hangover because of Theo, Galen, and Meg. Their chemistry was off the charts. The suspense was believable. I did think it was kind of easily solved, but at the same time I couldn’t really expect it to be drawn out much more. I can’t wait to read what happens next!
