Rate this book
Revised, updated, expanded and re-edited. A No Contact Survivor manual. For those seeking answers about narcissistic families, why your friends abuse you, why your siblings bully you or do not support you, and want verification, this book may help you to clarify this. The author is a long term survivor of Narcissistic Abuse both as a child and an adult. She went No Contact a decade ago. In doing so she lost everything, friends, family, wealth, home, town and siblings. She has over 30 years experience in self help therapies and now advises others based on her own journey of healing from Narcissistic Abuse and going No Contact. This book and her other two books: 'Healing from Depression' and 'The story of my life and liberation' are also contained within 'No Contact Survivor' an expanded version of her memoir. I have read a lot of NC books and that one is sub par. Chapters are extremely short and never actually go deep enough to be worthwhile or even help anyone. The author simply tells her story and why she had to go NC. Each chapter is literally 3-page long. You can find much better books on the subject (Shadow Daughter, But Its Your Family...). It's more like a journal than a book.
