I absolutely loved writing Grant and Jordan's story. I have been working on this book for quite some time and I can't wait for you all to dive in to this new world. I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it!

Normally I try and wait until at least the second book is out in a trilogy but when I casually started reading Seductive Prey, well I couldn't stop. Grant has had a rough life and when he meets Jordan, they just click. I loved watching how their relationship grew but since this is a trilogy, I knew things were going to start happening..........and man did they ever! Twists, turns and heart pounding action will keep you turning the pages as you try and guess what will happen. And yes.........this book ends on a cliff hanger so be prepared. It's a darker story than Ms. Fiano has ever written but she did it with ease, so buckle up buttercup because this is going to be a wild ride that will leaving you wanting the next book!!!!!!

Vivian Fiano really writes some page turners! Seductive Prey was absolutely no different in that sense. This book is a suspenseful must read in my opinion with amazing world building and brilliant characters.
Our heroine Jordan has enlisted in the National Guard where she meets our alpha Grant who is a cop and Sergeant. Jordan is also a ballet teacher and this made me adore her since I grew up dancing. I absolutely love a character that I can relate to.
Grant also really touched me though. He wanted to be a cop since he was little and he made that dream happen. He didn't have the easiest life growing up and chose the career path to be a positive influence in his community.
Through twists and turns these two are going to go on quite the journey together. Jordan needs protecting and Grant is determined to be the man that keeps her safe. These two create fireworks together and are two characters who are going to stick with me for a long time to come.
I want answers and I cannot wait for book two to see if I get the ones that I believe are coming!

This book is soooo good! I was on the edge of my seat from page one to the end!! I fell in love with Grant's loving nature and leadership; with Jordan's strength and courage. This book is amazing!

This was my first Vivian Fiano book and I can honestly say, I'm a fan! Right from the get-go, I was HOOKED. I'm a sucker for Romantic Suspense novels, but throw in great writing and characters and it's a no-brainer for me, I'm devouring it.
Grant and Jordan were both in the ARMY National Guard which is how they met, but back in the civilian world, Jordan was a ballet teacher and Grant was a police officer. A break-in at Jordan's studio had her coming face to face with the sexy Sergeant she'd met recently. And from there, sparks continued to fly and the chemistry between them sizzled.
But then, one incident lead to another and creepy things just kept on happening. Pictures were taken and anonymously delivered, threats were being made... It was clear Jordan had a stalker and he was not happy she was in a relationship with Grant.
And then...that ending!!! Say WHAT!!! I can't wait for book 2 and you bet I will be binge-reading it the moment it releases.

Wow! Amazing! Page turner! Suspenseful! Must Read! This book will keep you reading wanting to know what will happen next. Jordan has enlisted in the National Guard and is a ballet teacher. Grant is a cop and Sergeant in the National Guard. They meet while she’s in the recruitment program. Grant has always wanted to be a cop since he was little. He had a hard life growing up. An unexpected event some time later has them bumping into each other again. It starts a turn of unraveling events and unexpected twists and turns. Wait til you see how much these two go thru day to day having to watch their backs at every turn. Can Jordan stay protected? Can Grant keep her safe? Can two people have a relationship even when they are being threatened just about daily. I’m telling you the chemistry between these two is unbelievable. I’ve got my eye on a couple of suspects trying to wreak havoc. I’m sure you will also. I highly recommend picking this story up and not putting down til you finish. Vivian Fiano has outdone herself and I can’t wait for book 2.

This is the first book I have read from this author and she blew my mind. I love a good romantic thriller but she exceeded all my expectations. This is the first book in the Relentless Trilogy. I was glued to my seat when I started to read this book. I could not put this book down until I was done. These characters drew me into their story right in the beginning. It only took me a few hours to devour this incredible book. I can’t wait to read what she writes next.

I love a man in uniform! And, Ms. Fiano delivers in spectacular fashion!
When I read the blurb from this new to me author, I knew I had to give this a try! And, oh my, am I ever glad I did.

This was a new to me author and one I'll definitely be reading more from including the next book in this page turning trilogy.
From the blurb I had been looking forward to diving into this book and I was not disappointed in the slightest. I even got annoyed when real life got in the way when all I wanted to do was binge this book from cover to cover.
Both the characters and the plot will keep you on your toes, and with the author constantly throwing red herrings at you, you won't have the slightest clue what's going on, hence the reason I adored this book.
Leaving my review here so that I can dive immediately into book 2.

SO, you’ve read the blurb and you know that this is the first book in a trilogy and it leaves you with a cliffhanger, so why are you so stupid as to wonder what the hell happened at the end of the book when you didn’t get a nice lovely happily ever after? Yeah, that silly sod was me reading Seductive Prey by Vivian Fiano. Arghhhhh I want book 2 now!
I absolutely loved Seductive Prey. It had me totally hooked on the story from the very beginning and had still got me firmly in it’s grip and I want to know what’s happening next with Grant Summers and Jordan Smith.
Jordan and Grant are both amazing characters and I really can’t wait to learn more about them. I completely fell in love with both characters during this book.
This book has got a bit of everything that I love in a book. You’ve got some hot sizzling romance, added with danger, intrigue and mystery that keeps you turning page after page after page.
I think I’ve changed my mind about 4 times as to who Jordan’s stalker is and knowing my awful powers of working out where an author is taking a story it’s likely to be none of them.
Definitely worth the 5 stars I’ve given it!

This was a great read that pulls you in right from the beginning. Jordan and Grant first meet when Jordan is getting ready to go to basic. They both felt a little spark. We jump ahead a little and Jordan returns from basic training and is ready to get back to school. She starts helping at the dance studio again as well.
When there is a scary twist, Jordan and a friend are attacked and her self defense training kicks in. When the officers got on the scene she came face-to-face with Grant again. Grant is determined to not let her go again and plans on asking her out.
Will Jordan go out with Grant? Will he be able to keep her safe?
Overall I really enjoyed this read. I really liked the characters, Jordan is a tough as nails female who knows how to take care of herself and Grant had a childhood that helps him connect with lots of children on a personal level. There are some twists and turns that add a great element to the story. I will warn we do end on a cliff hanger and it will leave you wanting more right away. April 22, 2021A great read. Grant and Jordan’s story is one of love at first sight. Grant is a Boston police officer and a Staff Sargent in the Army Reserve. Jordan is a dance teacher who joins the Reserve to serve her country and to get money for college. They meet during her first time at a Reserve Recruitment Sustainment Program, before she heads off to Basic training. When she returns from Basic training she goes back to teaching dance. All is good until she and a co-worker walk in on a burglar in the dance studio and this sets off a scary chain of events for Jordan. Grant happens to be the officer who shows up to assist Jordan and her co-worker at the dance studio after the burglary. The events that follow are just mind blowing. Grant is protective of Jordan. Jordan is a strong independent woman. They have their differences about what’s going on and to handle them, but in the end come to an understanding. Warning!! The book ends in a cliffhanger!! I’ll be anxiously awaiting the next book in the series.

Holy Cow was this book good! I seriously read it cover to cover standing at my kitchen island. I didn’t want to stop reading until I was Done. Jordan goes into the Army National Guard to put herself though school. Jordan’s love of dance has her wanting her own studio one day. Grant is a devoted police officer that had a rough childhood so he wanted to pay it forward. When these two meet they have eyes and chemistry only for each other. When bad indecent after bad indecent keeps happening nothing good can happen. Jordan is fiercely independent but Grant will protect her with his life. There are so many moving pieces and people who can’t be trusted in this story. There are several stories within the story but the author has them blending so well. Just when I think I have Something figured out, something else happens. Book 2 can’t get here fast enough for me! Can Jordan truly trust her friends and family? Can Grant trust his police officer instincts? I don’t know! That’s why this book is soo good! I will Be not so patiently waiting for the next book.

I was all in with Jordan and Grant from the first chapter. Sounds like Grant and Jordan were just as into each other as I was in reading the start of their story. Jordan reminds me of myself, having to prove how strong she is, jumping in to help someone, regardless of her own well-being. Which drives Grant bananas.
Jordan and Grant meet unconventionally and it is somewhat illicit in the fact that Grant is a higher rank than Jordan. But I truthfully love them together! It almost seems to be seamless that they get together and start a relationship, even with someone watching them.
I have sooooo many thoughts about who it is and why but I'm keeping those to myself. I can't wait to read more of Jordan and Grant and finding out if I was right!

Seductive Prey is the first book in the Relentless Series by Vivian Fiano. Jordan and Grant are such great characters because they are real. We have all met people like them that you just can’t help but love and root for them. She is strong and independent. He is brave and protective. The chemistry with these two might just catch the pages on fire. I got lost in the suspense of the story. This was my first book by Vivian Fiano but I promise it will not be my last!

Steamy scenes!
Vivian has outdone herself with this book! Jordan and Grant are one of my two favorite characters of all time. I love how she paints Jordan as an independent woman but doesn't overdo it. Grant is an amazing man and I wish there was more if him in real life! The scenes are hot and steamy but not too overwhelming. They aren't the sole reason of the book. They are just enough to keep you hooked and the story itself is very well written and thought out and that cliffhanger is a sinker! I can't wait for book 2 to come out and read it!

We dive straight into this book. Wow what a way to start it Suprised me but also intruiged me at the same time. Grant has had a rough time until he Jordan and they just hit it off. There twist and turns at every page I really enjoyed seeing their relationship grow during this trilogy. Oh and the cliffhanger.

All the feels and so much more. This book will have you on the edge of your seat as you are brought into Grant and Jordan's life. Vivian Fiano has pulled out all the stops on this one. So real and lifelike are the characters that you can't help being drawn into the story. Grant had a rough start in life and has worked hard to make sure his past stayed in the past and to help out other kids who are like he was. He is in the National Guard as his dreams of being a cop came true but his goals are now set on the next step. Jordan's life had been easy, but she wanted more so she joined the National Guard, along with that she also was a dancer and taking classes to further her education for her big dream of owning her own dance studio. One fateful meeting of these two makes cupid smile. Will their love be enough to see them through or will it all crumble down around them? Grab the book you know you want it!

Seductive Prey by Vivian Fiano is a romance thriller that kept me fully engaged with the story. Jordan Smith has come home from her National Guard training and is ready to start working at a dance studio. When she enters the building one morning with a coworker, a strange man is inside attempting to steal music speakers. Realizing he has been caught, he tries to attack Jordan. When the police arrive, the man flees. Jordan recognizes one of the officers is Staff Sergeant Grant Summers from her National Guard unit. A few days later Grant and Jordan begin dating only to find a stalker is after Jordan.
The story is written in first person view that alternates between Grant and Jordan. I have three people as possible guesses for the stalker. First is Sloan: Jordan's friend that wanted an intimate relationship, but she turned him down. Second is Officer Lynch: Grant's partner that starts acting strangely and randomly disappears. Third is Piper Smith: Jordan's sister who is jealous of Jordan's ability to be praised by their father. The abrupt ending is at a major climatic point that had me begging to read the sequel. Officer Grant Summers is a cop in the Boston PD so that he can pay forward the kindness he experienced as a child and Jordan Smith is a dancer with a dream of owning her own studio and decides to do this by joining the National Guard.
We first meet Jordan on her first day at the National Guard boot camp when some fellow recruits decide to try and get a rise out of her by demeaning her, but she doesn’t take any offense and just shakes her head while walking away from them until she hears the command of a higher ranking officer chewing them out for the inappropriateness of their comments, as he finishes with them, he introduces himself and then takes her to where she needs to meet her commanding Staff Sergeant. We first meet Officer Summers when he is attending to a call relating to oa drugs offence and the scene he sees when he gets there reminds him of his own childhood experiences, so as he reminisces, he looks after the child while his mother and another male are arrested.
Jordan is returning home after her nine weeks at bootcamp and as she is waiting to disembark from the plane, she reminisces about her time there and the friend she made while there, she is proud of herself for completing the training successfully and showing that she is more than just a dancer and a fragile one at that, but she is surprised when she and another recruit are allowed off of the plane first with an accompanying the round of applause when it is announced by the pilot over the intercom. When she sees her friends and family at the arrivals gate and later at her parents home, she realises that they are as proud of her as she is for herself and the surprise party her parents have thrown just confirms it, the next day she returns to work at the dance studio and pulls another surprise with the students who attend it, then she gets back into the everyday routine of being home and she loves it. However, when she and her friend get to the studio a few days later, they are shocked to walk in to see that somebody has broken in and is messing with some of their equipment, as Jordan shouts at her friend to call the police, the guy rushes her and her self defence instincts kick in as she fights the intruder off. When the police arrive, the assailant runs off and they don’t manage to catch him, however, it turns out that the officer attending is someone she already knows.
When Officer Summers is called to a breaking and entering, he is surprised to see that the victim is someone he already knows and they have a connection that nobody can deny and the fact that she fought the intruder ups her in his opinions again. After Jordan has made her statement at the station and returned home, the adrenaline runs out and she feels scared at what could have happened, but she is happy when Officer Summers checks in on her a couple of days later and is even more happy when he invites her out for dinner, she agrees and they end up enjoying each others company a lot, as the next few weeks pass and their relationship develops, Jordan starts to receive cryptic notes attached to photo's of her when they are left on her car and her front door, but is this related to the break in at the studio, or is it something more sinister? This is a thrilling roller coaster ride which keeps you on your toes trying to work out who is behind the notes and photos while becoming more and more invested in Jordan and Officer Summers relationship as well as the pnes of those around them.

After Jordan has made her statement at the station and returned home, the adrenaline runs out and she feels scared at what could have happened, but she is happy when Officer Summers checks in on her a couple of days later and is even more happy when he invites her out for dinner, she agrees and they end up enjoying each others company a lot, as the next few weeks pass and their relationship develops, Jordan starts to receive cryptic notes attached to photo's of her when they are left on her car and her front door, but is this related to the break in at the studio, or is it something more sinister? This is a thrilling roller coaster ride which keeps you on your toes trying to work out who is behind the notes and photos while becoming more and more invested in Jordan and Officer Summers relationship as well as the pnes of those around them.

Great story…
Jordan is a single woman who lives in the big city. She is independent and strong… but when she walks in on someone breaking into her dance studio she works at, her life changes. Someone starts to stalk her and crazy things start to happen.
Grant first meets Jordan when she walks into recruitment office of the National Guard. Come to find out he is also a cop in the city of Boston where Jordan lives and reports to the break in call at her dance studio.
Even though it is “against the rules” in the National Guard to date, especially since Grant is a Sergeant and Jordan is lower rank… but they start a relationship.
It has it HOT and STEAMY moments, but with the stalker issues, it gets rocky from time to time.
Jordan has decided to see where their relationship leads, while dealing with the stalker… and the Stalker has now taken his “threats” to a new level.
Will they find out who the stalker is, will their relationship be able to withstand the stress of everything going on?
I hope the next book shines some more light on to who this creep is.
There are some parts of the story that goes into GREAT detail, and then other parts it skips days… but it is well written… just wish it flowed a little better.
It definitely kept me hooked… and looking forward to seeing where this goes.

Seductive Prey is the first book in the Relentless Series by Vivian Fiano. This isn’t my first book that I have read by Ms. Fiano, but it is definitely my favourite (so far). I can’t resist a good romantic suspense- so I happily snapped up a copy and devoured it in a matter of hours.
The story is well written, and the suspenseful aspect of the story is cleverly woven- making for a gripping, action-packed ride. I thought that Ms. Fiano did a fantastic job with her character development- crafting fully realised individuals with their own personalities, quirks, and flaws. Jordan and Grant, in particular, were so easy to like- and before I even realised, I had invested in them and the outcome of their story. I will have to wait to find out how everything plays out, as this story ends on a cliffhanger that has me anxious to get my hands on Book #2- “Graceful Abduction”.
This is romantic suspense done well- with plenty of action-packed danger; and with time slipping away, and a creepy stalker vibe happening- I was on the edge of my seat. The chemistry between our two MC’s is palpable and sizzles off the pages.
I really can’t wait to get my hands on the next book- it really can’t come soon enough!

I'm a big fan of Vivian Fiano, and Seductive Prey was a top notch type of suspense romance as I'm all about some twists & turns coming in hot to set my f-bombs to dropping. Jordan is a girl who wanted to serve her country so she did, and did great at it as well. Let me stop here, this author seriously did her homework on basic training & AIT (I served my country in the Army), or she went through it, no matter how she did it brilliantly. She feels a connection to a Sergeant but knows it can't go anywhere because it's against the rules. Fate had different plans though, and she comes face to face with him again as the cop who answered the 911 call when she came across a crime at the dance studio she works at. That connection is going to take on new life as she & Grant decide to pursue it. They have chemistry & heat, but she's being stalked while he's having some issues at work so it takes on an edge of your seat turn leading to a cliffhanger that has me dying inside for more. The reason I didn't give Seductive Prey all the stars is because I got distracted with Jordan's need to talk about her toughness with what seemed to be repetitive but that's just me, please decide for yourselves! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Jordan needs money to invest within her dance business so the best answer was to join the National Guard. While working she runs into the sexy sergeant and feels the instant chemistry they have between them.
When something happens within her civilian life and in walks Officer Summers to investigate can Jordan keep her feels under wraps for the her sanity or will the hunky officer breaks into her heart.
This is the first story I have read by this author and oh my what a story this is, the well written story draws you into this brilliant suspense and a health dose of sexual tension. The story twists through and keeps you on your toes with each page read.
The chemistry between the two main characters is electric and jumps off the page with the electrical charge running through and to top it off you have a great cliff hanger at the end. I can't wait for the next instalment in this series.

This romantic suspense is the first book in the trilogy and does end on a cliffhanger.
I really enjoyed this book, the story and not knowing has certainly kept me on my toes.
Grant meets Jordan whilst both are attending their National Guard duties and there an instant attraction. But Grant is higher ranking and so the relationship is not allowed. They meet again whist working their civilian jobs when policeman Grant attends a break in at the dance studio Jordan works at.
Following the break in, both start to receive threats, but are unable to find out who it might be, or even if it's same person.
This story had lots going on and lots of people, which made for an interesting story but also made it so hard to try and figure out who the threats were coming from. You just don't know who may or may not be involved.
I struggled to like Jordan at first, she just seemed a little too 'perfect', but she soon grew on me. Grant was easy to like, he was determined to do the right thing but also had a set career path which definitely gave him a dilemma or two.
There is a lot of description for their time spent whilst on National Guard duties, so you really get a feel for that they have to do.
I'm looking forward to the next book, I really want to figure out who might be behind the threats!

Oh my goodness; this book is HOT and had my attention from start to finish! This is the first book in the Relentless Trilogy and the first book I have read by Vivian Fiano, but you can bet it won’t be the last; I NEED to know what happens next as this book ends on a cliffhanger!
The Good: The characters are so wonderful. I love how Jordan goes from delicate dancer to badass chick after her training and the way her character develops. Grant is a gem and struggles with real life career issues and struggles that are relevant with current life today. Fiano does such a great job making her characters believable and relatable.
The Great: The plot is spot on brilliance. Fiano weaves a web of suspense, romance, and intrigue that you will have you devouring this book quickly and eager for more. She keeps me on my toes and drops just enough hints and tricks to keep me guessing what comes next!
The Steamy: As I previously mentioned, some scenes in this book are HOT HOT HOT. Fiano didn’t skimp out on the details but walked the line perfectly to keep it classy.
