Manwha review.
Overall series review- 2.2*
The artwork is gorgeous and impeccable, with a promising, mysterious plotline. However, the execution was lacking. The story felt boring, with shallow conflicts and one-dimensional characters. The pacing was unnecessarily slow, and the ending was so abrupt that it could have been improved. Overall, it was quite a disappointment.

Aaaaaa muy man greener than a forest. Fue muy entretenido porque es una historia bastante distinta a la que una suele leer con este tipo de géneros, aunque ya los últimos capítulos con todo el tema de la política me aburrió un toque xd anyways fue una buena historia.

talk about a rushed ending

I only read the webtoon so the novel might have been a little different, but I was a little sad with the pacing and execution of the plot. The artwork was gorgeous and the characters were promising in the beginning, but by the end it got very rushed and chaotic? Probably not the best description but this reminded of me when I used to play (warrior cats) roleplay games on Roblox when I was younger and I spent so much time planning out my character’s backstory that I ran out of screen time and had to come up quickly with a way for my character to die, so I didn’t just disappear in game. I also felt the characters were very two dimensional and really only existed to make a point about another character, but overall it was enjoyable.

This story (manhwa) has:
- lack of enjoyable side characters (wish they delved deeper into like the count orlens or dion)
- mid plot
- Mary Sue MC (she's quite literally the best at everything imaginable because shes an actor)
- No high stakes (shes the best and hes the strongest you already know what'll happen)
but
- nice romance
- beautiful art
read this if you really like romance and dont care about anything else

I was giggling and kicking my feet snd all of that but..
This actually was not a sweet read especially for the last plot twist that piece of sh*t prince i was maaaddd

Pros:
- Interesting relationship dynamic between the male lead and female lead
Cons:
- Pacing was unbearably slow
- The story got tiring because 95% of the other characters were so hostile towards the FMC.
- Couldn't bring myself to care about the plot because it was so poorly executed.

i liked the difference in personality between the main characters. she’s more loud and vibrant while he’s more quiet and somber. i guess this is why their whole situation is working. no one expected the quiet duke to be so devoted to one person.
why am i always squealing whenever they blush?
