A grumpy alien boss hires a curvy, adorable human female to organize his mess—and vows to never let her go!
I’ve been engaged to the same aimless guy for four long years, and still, no wedding date in sight. Grr. I’m completely fed up with this sham, so I tell my “fiancé” I’m taking a job off planet, hoping this outrageous behavior will allow him to finally break off our ridiculous engagement. It doesn’t. So, I leave and become an organizing consultant to some scary alien.
My grumpy boss is Skoll Strikestone, a fire-breathing satanic-looking soldier with a deep scar bisecting his face. I’m doubting my own sanity in accepting this position, but this guy really, really needs help tidying up. He’s a gruff male taking military-mandated conflict resolution classes and he’s hired me to sort out the hoarding mess he’s created in his cabin in the woods.
Whew.
I soon begin to realize this hot-tempered demon has a soft marshmallow interior. And the hardest abs I’ve ever seen. Those long fangs, serrated claws and barbed tail are actually causing my heart to flutter!
One big problem—I’m technically engaged to someone else, and so is Skoll. And since we’re each still committed to these former “fake” engagements, there can be nothing between us but heated glances and emotional conversations.
*cries*
Oh hell, I think I’m falling in love with a male I can’t have.
Michele Mills lives in California and leads a life of quiet, G rated desperation with her husband and two sons. In an attempt at a fulfilling, R rated inner life that does not include Disney movies and Nickelodeon; Michele reads and writes filthy romance and, well...filthy romance. And she wouldn’t have it any other way.
I’ve been enjoying these other books a bit more than the first. And I think I’m still reading these as I have kindle unlimited for a few more weeks. So I thought, eh,... why not check them put while I have it and they’re on it?
Not sure if I’ll keep KU or not. It’d have to be for another cheap deal like I got with this one - 3 months for .99 pence. I think it was that price. Couldn’t pass it up to see if I’d get my monies worth. I’ve had it in the past and didn’t. Not sure if it’ll be worth it for me to keep it at full price though.
Who would've thought that slow burned romance and insta-attraction-love could be mixing this well. I like all the coupling in this series, but this one was making one interesting h. I thought book 3 was already topping my badass sassy h with her wittiness and big brain, but this one had guts, smarts, and loving heart; yet complex with her vulnerability and insecurity of her own. Meanwhile, the H was all gruff tinged with savageness kinda attitude and the devil may care flare, but insecure in his own way. It was interesting characters, truly. The story not only showing all alphas in H or all sweetness in h, but also the complexity that came with them.
The plot was good and developed well. The attraction was instant between MCs, though both didn't act on it right away. They went all the way bonding through work and understanding each other (difficult) circumstances.
Virgin h, celibate H No condoms No angst No cheating, OW/OM was respective MCs fiancee, though there's no love between them Safe read, HEA, Epilogue Overall score: 4.5 alien romance stars
Another great book in this series. This time the book is about Ariana who wants to get out of the engagement her father got her into and therefor decides to work as an organizer on a far away planet. While her new boss is having quite and attitude and looks basically like the devil, she still feels attracted to him. While he also seems interested, he is engaged himself. However while working closely together they got closer on a personal level too. I like both of the characters so much. Skoll is such a grumpy and weird person, caring a little too much about all of his weapons. These two bantered quite a lot and I loved it. I had so much fun while reading this. I like how Ariana shows interest in his hobby besides the job she has to do and it was so cute when he finally realized that this is what a mate should be like. This was once again an easy, fun and cute story and I am looking forward to read the 5th book in the series too.
3.5 stars This series is always such a fun palate cleanser. I didn't love this one quite as much as the previous ones, but it was still good. It is fun to see the other couples again, and wish we could have seen even more of them, especially with their kids. I think it was audiobook narration that kind of pulled me out of it. I have listened to Ramona Masters before, and absolutely loved her, but I didn't connect to her as the main character here.
Embracing history Such an amazing story! These characters have to be some of my favorites! I love how the author made them both realize they wanted and deserved more than where their lives were at. I especially enjoyed the way they were able to connect and grow together before they ever became a couple. The author thought of everything with this book, two fake relationships, government interference, users, and friends who have your back no matter what. This book was a fantastic addition to the series and I’m already anticipating the next release.
His Human Organizer by Michele Mills is the fourth book in her Monsters Love Curvy Girls series and seriously, with each book I think it might just surpass the others to become my favorite! Skoll and Ariana are EVERYTHING.
Ariana is feisty and sassy and fiery and finally standing up for herself and what she deserves and also rescuing some kittens along the way as well as herself. She's a firecracker and her actions and reactions are a pleasure to read, constantly putting a smile on my face!
Skoll is surly and grumpy and it is adorable and endearing! He is honorable, he is smitten, he is gruff and so much more.
Also, can we just take a moment to appreciate Snack and Morsel?! I love these two and all their antics!
There is drama, there is intrigue, there's betrotheds, and so much more packed into a fun and engaging read that I devoured in one sitting! If you're looking for a story about a dedicated and charming human and the curmudgeon of a cinnamon roll alien that falls head over heels for his human, His Human Organizer is the book for you!
P. S. Loved seeing some familiar faces from other books in the series!
P. P. S. Can I just say, I am SO EXCITED to find out more about Thayne! It's going to be epic!
Broody, scarred Skoll Strikestone is up and he not only has an intended, but his human lady friend ALSO has an intended. There are just intendeds everywhere. And Skroll can't dishonor either his intended OR the scrappy human he WANTS as an intended, so there's a lot of steamy looks and hard moments and what have you.
FYI, I have typed "intended" so many times it has ceased to have meaning.
So. Skroll has a little weapons hoarding issue and Ariana jumps at the chance to help him organize it. Mostly she jumps on the chance so she can flee New Earth and her smarmy fiancé. Their roadblocks on the road to a happily ever after (happily ever bound? HA) involve Skroll's honor, his absent intended (and her terrible attitude when she does finally put in an appearance), and Ariana's gross fiancé.
Kittens, friends, grudging apologies, liquid gold, and A WHOLE LOT OF WEAPONS. *thumbs up*
At least this didn't have the same old same old that the other stories had. It was okay I guess, it didn't really captivate me, but I'm nothing else to do so I keep reading them. They keep drawing me in with the alien world building, but the romance is okay I guess. I also just wasn't a fan of the scene where an animal gets hurt, I know that the male main character makes up for it, but it was really out of place in this book. Especially because of the whole low violence situation that this book has in general.
4th installment in Monsters love curvy girls series. Alien 👽 romance.
It was cute at times, a little steamy but having read 3 other similar books from the same series, I found it a little boring at times. It was especially similar to the 3rd book because there was pretty much the same situation going on in both books.
Didn't like this one so much. I liked that the rest of the gang was there, but Skoll was kinda caveman and stuck in his ways. Lilith and her lot were nasty and so was the other side. It did feel like the rest of the group was more close knit. Glad they had their happy end.

Having both of them legally bound to someone else created a fun new tension in this one-- I continue to enjoy how this series is progressing. Looking forward to Thayne & Charlotte
4 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐🎧 I loved this one! I am a fan of Grumpy and oh boy, is Skoll grumpy. I also loved that Ariana doesn't take any gruff from Skoll. But I also loved that she listened to him. He wanted her to know how important what they were Organizing. There is meaning to it.
I hated that they both were attached to someone else. But they did try to learn about each other and then found out that they were hot for each other.
Another win I say. Also, again the narration is lovely.
All the books in the series are so sweet and sexy. I really like Skoll and Ariana, they might be my favorite couple in the series. Fair warning, given the circumstances surrounding the couple they have to resist their attraction for the majority of the book but that is pretty par for the course with this series. If you are looking for a book that is hot and heavy from the get-go then this is not the book for you. However, the story is very good and the build up is worth it in the end. I took off one star because I would have loved to see more about Skoll and Ariana's life post mating, the ending felt rushed.

More alien/monster enjoyment. 😈😈😈I liked her having steel-ovaries and not only confronting but outing him & publicly ending the engagement with that loser-user-cheating asso!! 😸Cute kittens😸 I found Skoll quite intriguing💋 & I agree, his scars are honourable not something to be ashamed about 💚

His Human Organizer is the story of Skoll and Ariana the fifth Strikestone, former Gonzalez.
Tropes: Hew-man organiser x gruffy military man Gruffy, bulky and agitated hot hero with a soft side for kittens, Snack and Morsel, and her Hot intelligent gets her own way innocent and understanding heroine Touch her and you die vibes Possessive, jealous and protective HEA and kids, Ariana Gonzalez-Strikestone, Stolkter Strikestone, and another on the way Age gap (22 and 37)
He is a collective hoarder who nearly killed all of the Tarvos police force because they ordered him to get rid of his stuff which was taking up to much space and had damaged the Ashmoor's pool or whatever so he was said to stand down by his captain Bergelmir and they made a deal with the police people or whatever and he had to take anger management classes and fix his hoarding mess and so he interviewed people and she was sent from New Earth when he thought she was a man but this man fell like a fly but didn't show it. Mind you she has a fiancé who is a cheater and a fat shamer who only loves money and she chose freedom over her inheritance that her father left her and so in the end she figures out a way to anull the engagement and gives the money to a children fund and he marries someone else he got pregnant but this all happens in the end. She worked with him to resolve his issue to which he wasn't glad for but as time went on, she grew on him and his temper went from don't touch my stuff to help me. Mind you he's engaged to some lady named Lilith who is on vacation and apparently her tablet got stolen and she didn't see his hundreds of messages. He didn't realise until the last moment that she wasn't the right one for him. So for weeks they get his shit sorted out and then they have a small earthquake and his land starts seeping liquid gold and him and Ariana are drenched and the video is everywhere around the four sectors and so Bergelmir and Hannibal help him get the best deal since mining agents were going to rip him off since he was now a billionaire in his own right. He made up with his neighbour, Thayne Ashmoor, physically with the help of Ariana and a few injuries but he made up in the end. She's met everyone at this point, the Touchstones, both brothers, Hannibal and his wife. They all make him realise Lilith is not right for him. He texts her to no response until she rocks up a few weeks later with her stupid dad and friend who is as conceited as her. She doesn't even like Skoll and Ariana is ready to take her down but Skoll does it the legal way with Hannibal as his third party but Lilith forces the 6 week waiting period to which is her right and those six weeks are hectic but worth it. They almost give in but wait and it's worth it because they get bound together on his ancestral land and have a good time consummating their marriage. They have 2 kids and another on the way.
Solid 4.25/5
Quotes: The third week of living hell… He’s getting grumpier. Or am I the grumpy one now? I don’t know! “Why are you looking at me that way?” I grouse. He’s yet again staring at my chest and my ass. He stomps into the hallway and pushes me back against the wall. “Why do you tease me like this every day?” Skoll demands. “Tease you? I’m just wearing the same type of clothes all the Hyrrokin women wear.” He bends down and uses his long, forked tongue to carefully lick my shoulder. “Other females do not look like that in their clothing. You are doing something different. All you want is to pleasure mate with me, but you don’t really want to be a Strikestone.“What about you? You’re the one who asked Lilith to be a Strikestone. You said she was going to be the mother of future Strikestones. Does that mean next year you’ll meet someone new who you’ll realize is your ‘real’ bound and you’ll dump me too?” “What is wrong with you?” he shouts. “I can’t have you, that’s what’s wrong with me,” I shout back, “I’ve been living off of stolen glances and the occasional brush of skin on skin. It’s killing me.” “Well, you’re the one who is still engaged now. I got out of my fake engagement, why can’t you get out of yours?” “I’m trying! You know I’m trying. You’re the one who has this damn ‘waiting period’ without it we could be having sex right now.” “No, we couldn’t, because you’re still taken and it’s dishonorable.” I grit my teeth because he’s right and I hate it when he’s right. “Here, take the kittens,” he says, shoving the babies into my arms. “Okay,” I huff. “I love you,” he says. “I love you too,” and I blow him a kiss and shut my bedroom door.
This is an OK sci-fi alien romance, but I did have some issues with it. It gets 3 stars from me.
First, it was too short to have as much character development as I like. I would have liked a little more backstory on both Ariana and Skoll.
Ariana was likable enough, but I thought her first meeting with Skoll was a little weird. Because his people looked much like the human idea of Satan, she was terrified and screamed when she met him. Then, she was almost immediately in instalust with him? I just didn't buy it. I did like that his scar didn't bother her, and that she soon realized his gruff nature hid a kind heart.
Skoll was a bit hard to like at first. He just seemed so gruff, and had anger management issues. But he showed his true colors with his kindness to Ariana and her kittens. In fact, he seemed to be more in love with her kittens than she was.
I liked that Ariana quickly learned that Skoll's race were not really devils, and liked them and their world. I did think the ending of her arranged engagement (which she did not want) was a little too easy. I just didn't believe that her fiancee would have agreed to end it, since he stood to gain so much from her inheritance.
I liked that curvy girls were considered beautiful in Skoll's world, since everyone on his planet was much larger than any human. I also liked that most of the people were openly welcoming to other races, and were fascinated with humans.
My rating system is below. 1 star -- Hated it, or did not finish. I usually only give this rating if some of the content is truly objectionable to me, like if one of the main characters does something really awful, and gets away with it. 2 stars -- Didn't like it. This rating usually means that I thought the writing wasn't very good, the editing was terrible, I didn't like the characters, or it had other major flaws. 3 stars -- I liked it, but had some minor issues with it. This rating means that there were minor editing issues, the story needed more character development, it was just too unrealistic, or had some other fairly minor issue. The majority of books I read get this rating – I do not consider it a bad rating. 4 stars -- I liked it a lot. This is a high rating for me, and I rarely give a higher one. 5 stars -- I loved it, and will probably read it again. Very few books are good enough to get this rating from me. The ones that do are usually classics.
Ariana comes from a long line of powerful women but she never really knew them. After her mother died in childbirth, she lived with her father who was only interested in who he could marry her off to for the best deal. He arrange her engagement when she turned 18 but her groom showed very little interest in her. He just wanted the connection to her family name and her money to help move ahead in politics. After 4 years of being ignored and viewing a video of her fiance messing with his office assistant, Ariana has had enough. New Earth laws are not favorable to women so once the agreement has been made, she can't break the engagement without losing her inheritence. Determined to get away she confronts her fiance in public and tells him she is leaving to planet for an organizing job. Ariana is set to go to a planet where the men look like devils with red skin, horns and tails. Ariana is terrified at first but once she gets to know her boss Skoll, she starts to fall in love.
Skoll is annoyed due to a past incident, he has to hire some to organize his weapons collection or else his land will be seized and everything destroyed. Ariana will be the 3rd organizer on the list. The other two were intimidate by Skoll and his job. Skoll was expecting the human arrival that day but he was shocked that it was a human female .Skoll is fighting his attraction to the human female, Ariana. Skoll was committed to another female, the only female until now could accept his scars. He had ask her to bound with him and she agreed. However they had agreed 10 years ago and still no date has been set. Skoll is slowly coming to realize that Ariana should be his bound but he has to find an honorable way around his commitment.

This is the 4th book of the Monsters Love Curvy Girls. If you love a grumpy male not willing to change his historically collected weapons, then this is your book. This book I think is by far one of my favorites in the series, I was cracking up with most of the banter between Skoll and Ariana and how Skoll is wanting to take her two small kittens. from her all the time. Like they originally Snack and Morsel belong to him ( so cute).
So, let me go back from the beginning, I just straight off went to my opinions and not say anything about the book. Skoll Strikestone is part of the Molten Lava Security Team. But, I that seems his temper and his knack for keeping slash border hording historic weapons at his family household. One tiny slip may cause him to lose his family estate and land and all the weapons. So, by court order Ariana Gonzalez the fifth was hired by her firm to help him organize his collection. But, will he allow her to help him? From the previous book, we got a brief look at Skoll's life, he has an intended bound named Lillith, but she doesn't want to set a date. They are intended for one another for a while. Skoll's team member wondered why she is waiting and why he doesn't see she doesn't love him like that. Anyways, I am trying not wo spoil anything. So, I highly recommend reading this book. If you like honor bound males trying their best not to act on pure animal instincts to profess his desires to a woman that is not is intended bound. Then you are wanting to read thi book or any one of the books in this series. Thank you for the opportunity to read this book before the public.

The writing and editing of the ARC version of the manuscript was mostly clean, with only occasional typos and well constructed sentences. The world building was competent, with the jungle and volcano and ancestral property of the hero being fairly well described. The characterization was good, with both hero and heroine being sympathetic individuals with strengths and weaknesses. The development of the romantic relationship was sweet and sizzling, with plenty of sexual tension. This was a slow burn romance. The heat level was two chili peppers. The plot was was slow and sweet, without any action or danger elements. The pacing was quite quick, meaning that I read this story in one sitting. There was low angst and fairly high stakes, with some uncertainty about the protagonists being able to legally get out of their respective fake engagements. This novel used the I am Engaged to Someone Else trope, and the Forced Proximity trope. The world building was three stars. The plot and pacing were both four stars. The characterization and development of the romantic relationship were also four stars. I therefore gave this novel a combined rating of four stars. This novel ended on a Happy Ever After ending instead of a cliffhanger ending, so that was a big plus. I recommend this novel to readers who enjoy their sci-fi romance novels to have multiple romance novel tropes layered into the story quite skillfully, in a fun way. I look forward to reading the next book in this series when it releases. I will buy myself a keeper copy of this story.

At the age of 18, Ariana was sold by her father as a bride to a man who despised her so much he kept postponing the actual wedding ceremony. Kept in comfort but relative isolation and forced into monthly medical scans to ensure her continued virginity, she has finally finished her college degree and landed a job that will take her off-world to freedom.
Skoll has retired from active military service and now spends his time as a security officer for Molten Lava Security. He has two loves; the work that he does protecting people and his ever-growing collect of historical weapons. Unfortunately both he and his weapons occasionally explode. Now he has to get both under control or he’ll lose his home and his collection.
The solution is a professional organizer who can make some since out of his warehouses of weapons. Even better, he’s smitten with the curvy female who’s accepted the challenge. Unfortunately, neither can act on their mutual attraction until both are free of other relationships.
I really liked the self control with which these two acted. They were almost consumed by lust but neither let it dictate their behavior. Instead, they focused on their work, got to know each other, and found an honorable way to solve their problems.
Ariana was forced into an engagement by her father who sounded like a nightmare who was cruel and controlling. Ariana and her fake fiance spent no time together, he was a politician who was after one thing, Ariana's father's money. He was no better than her father and when she receives a video of him in a compromising position with his assistant she realises that she has to do something to get out of this engagement even if it means giving up her inheritance. She sneaks her way onto a job with Skoll. When she arrives she has the same reaction as the human women before her with this alien who looks like something out of her worst nightmares. I simply loved Skoll's reaction to the kittens and the names he gave them were hilarious. The two are incredibly drawn to each other but not only does Ariana need to find a way to get out of her fake engagement but Skoll is also engaged and in their culture they cannot cheat, it is an offense that could see him imprisoned. I really enjoyed the evolution of their relationship and the story kept me entertained the whole way through.

Ariana is engaged to the mayor, her father set it all up while she was younger. They have no relationship, he just wants her family connections and money. Ariana has been trying to find a legal way to break the engagement. She gets sent a video of him sleeping with his assistant. She tells him she is leaving the planet and he needs to agree to break the engagement.
Skoll has anger management issues and a huge collection of weapons that need to be in a museum. Ariana is hired to help organize the collection and make it safe. If she can’t get him to agree to her plans for his weapon collection he will loose his property and the weapons as well as his job.
Skoll has declared his intention to be bound (wed) but they haven’t spent any time together. It isn’t a love match, she is the only female to accept being around his scarred face.
They are attracted to each other but honor bound to not be romantic with each other.
I enjoyed reading how they work together to save his property and try to each get out of their engagements so they can be together.
Her kittens Snack and Morsel add some laughs to their relationship. HEA
This series is so much fun to read! I love the strong sassy curvy girls who fall for the red devils of Toren . The makes are alpha with hearts of gold and when they love it's forever. In this adventure Ariana is from a wealthy family with a long line of strong take charge women. Before her father died he arranged a marriage for her with a physically active man who is a big jerk. So she's done she's leaving and there will be nothing for him to do about it. All he wants is her money and her family name. Skoll is an ex soldier working for Molten lava security he collects weapons from different time periods of his planets history. He wants to preserve his planets military history but it's a mess and could cause harm so he's been ordered to find someone to organize his weapons. Omg when these two meet sparks fly and the kittens omg too funny and so adorable. I always have a smile on my face as I read one of these novels. There is passion, a bit of tension a dash of danger and whole lot of laughter. Awesome read high!y recommend💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖
Aliana has been engaged to the same guy for the last four years and there is still no wedding date in sight - she is so sick of the farce that she tells him she is taking a job off-planet hand hopes he will finally break their stupid arrangement. The job is to be an organising consultant for grumpy Herroken alien Skoll Strikestone who is currently taking military mandated conflict resolution classes while she sorts out his weapons hoard in his family cabin. She soon realises that she appears grump but is actually soft and has abs to die for. However, he is technically engaged to someone else (just like she is) and so they both need to sort out their situations before they can do more than glance at each other. How could she let herself fall for someone she can't have?
I enjoyed this story which seemed to have them both entangled with nasty pieces of work that definitely did not deserve them (nor their money). I loved the stolen looks and touches as well as the central role that two small kittens played in the story. Easy to read and understand. Contains explicit sexual content.
Skol was such a great male to read about. Battle worn, and a little bit of an anger management problem, but he recognized the female that was meant to be his 'Bound'. Arianna Gonzalez the fifth, was a woman who had finished had all she would take, of her Fake Fiancee, and publicly called him out on his treatment of her, and lack of respect. Then she took a job off world, to find a solution to getting rid of him, and not lose the family mansion to him. She meets The Devil men at the transport station, and losses her mind at first sight of what they all look like. Skol arrives, and is instantly attracted to this human female, with long follicles on her head. He thinks someone scared her, and instantly goes into defensive mode. They connect quickly over two kittens she rescued right before she transported to his planet. This is a wild ride of laughs, and a lot of pent up attraction, and desire for one another. Both are trapped in a legal mess, and can't ever even touch each other. How it all ends, is very creative solution to achieve a very happy ending.
When Ariana takes a job off-planet her main goal is to get away from the unwanted fiancé she can’t get rid of. She doesn’t expect to find love in the form of a monster!
This was such a fun, lighthearted romance! I absolutely loved it! Ariana and Skoll were both great characters that I rooted for from the get-go, and the worldbuilding was perfect the book. It was incredibly easy to sink into the story and just enjoy. The romance is sizzling, with clear sexual attraction between the characters nearly immediately, and their mutual physical desire is agonizingly clear throughout. Mills also mixed in a couple of kittens and appearances of other human/alien couples – and an appearance of the next alien hero to win his bound! If you’re looking for a quick, light, romantic-to-the-bones alien romance story, His Human Organizer fits the bill perfectly!
