Today, I am an international bestselling fitness author who has prepared over 700 trainees for the extreme demands of the most elite levels of the U.S. Special Operations Community. After winning several teen bodybuilding titles, I started my military career as 1 of 12 out of 100 trainees to graduate the Pararescue / Combat Control Indoctrination Course.

The good part is that Lauren has written clear enough descriptions and included enough illustrations that the exercises are for the most part easy to follow.

I also like the format of putting the exercises for each day together instead of having the reader cross reference back.

It does mean that you are getting less content than you expect for the thickness of the book however.

I prefer Mark Lauren's other books as they provide more details.

This book is great for someone familiar with body weight exercises as each day is a different trio of exercises.
