As a Washington State Resident for my 18 years of life, I have spent time watching these incredible creatures living their life. This book serves as a great depiction of all the wonderful animals living in this gorgeous state. All the authors that are involved in this book capture the beauty of witnessing the little things in this life.

Field guides can be sorta dry, especially for newcomers, but this one is extremely readable and full of fun facts. Highly recommend if you’re looking to learn more about the flora, fauna, and even geology of the PNW.
