Cheryl was given to my club by another.
I was supposed to break her.
Breaking girls for their Master's was what I did best.
But I saw more in that girl's eyes. More in her soul.
Little did I know she would be the one to unbreak me.

I am a wife, mother, child chauffeur and author. I love being able to create different characters and spin a web that makes them come together in the end. My books do not stick to just one genre, they span many.

I write about things that are real life situations and fairy tales are not always smooth sailing. My MC books are hard and gritty and they have struggles just like you would in life.

I also have books that are not so in your face. There are several that are good love stories that are fraught with issues that the characters have to deal with.

Title: ➳ Unbreak Me
Series ➳ Royal Bastards MC Savannah, Ga Chapter #2
Author: ➳ Erin Trejo

⭐ ⭐ ⭐

LIVE
ღ Demon & Cheryl…This about Two tortured souls fighting for a place to fit in.

Prez had dark soul. He enjoyed breaking women, making them submit to men is what he does, & he enjoyed doing!

Cheryl can’t believe the Maryland member handed her over to the Savannah Chapter. And Cheryl will soon find out, why they call them Royal Bastards. They are indeed bastards!

This book has lots of twists & turns to it, even though it’s short read. But I didn’t feel the characters were that good. It could just be me or my mood, also always keep in mind this is just my opinion

➦* Note: ARC kindly provided by author in exchange for an honest review. This has not influenced my review!

📚 Hope you enjoy this read & also always keep in mind this is just my opinion+ Also I wouldn’t never discourage anyone from reading this book.

Another good short book as part of the Royal Bastards MC series. Really wish it was longer. Seems most of the newer ones are all short. We don't get all the story is my problem with it.

For some unknown reason Cheryl was tossed out of the club she was a club whore at and sent to the Savannah Georgia chapter to the president Demon so he could break her. He is heavy in the BDSM and enjoys breaking women to make them submit.

They both have secrets that they don't want the others to know but he is able to get her to open up. He wants to know about her scars. Demon feels something for Cheryl and makes her go with him to a rally with him. She goes but doesn't want to and when she does she is confronted with her bigger nightmare from her past.

What a ride! Demon and Cheryl are quite the pair. Cheryl has a traumatic past and it’s always following her. When Demon takes her as trade from another chapter he has no idea that she’s not like all the other girls he’s familiar with. She’s got fire and fight which he surprisingly finds attractive, something Demon has never liked before. Once Cheryl reveals her past Demon realizes they have more in common than he even thought. Hang on for a fast paced ride!

Fantastic Dark MC Book!!

Demon is the Prez of the Savannah Chapter and has just acquired a new girl from the Maryland Chapter to break. Believe me Demon is very good at his job with these women. Cheryl isn’t like most though because she isn’t afraid to speak her mind. But who will break who in their story? During their time Cheryl has no reason that she is only there for Demon to break her for others in the club but that all changes when he learns of Cheryl’s past. A past that is much too similar to his.

What happens when Cheryl’s past comes back to face her front and center and is Demon willing to give Cheryl up to others? This story is dark but with a light at the end of the tunnel and a great storyline that had me reading this in one sitting. I can’t wait to see what comes next in the new Savannah Chapter!!

I loved this story with Cheryl and Demon!
Demon is always wanted to teach women to submit and when he is given Cheryl, there is something different about her. He treats her differently, but he still remains firm in his ways.
They both have a past that makes them behave the way they do. Chaos and bad luck flames these feelings they have for each other.
You must read this story if you love MC Romance!

My Rating: 3.5 stars!

**ARC was generously provided by the author in exchange for my honest review.**

The first thing that comes to mind after reading this book is the potential to be so much more. I hadn’t realized when I first read the blurb that this was a novella. In my opinion if it was a full length novel, the world-building could’ve been a lot more extensive along with developed character growth from the lead characters.

There’s a lot of questions left unanswered for me. Going back to my earlier opinion about it being better off as a full-length novel, I really think it would’ve covered most (if not all) of the questions I had. It was lacking details that could’ve made the entire story more in depth. For example: Cheryl’s backstory could have been gradually built throughout, that by the time her full story is revealed it would be little more believable.

Same goes for Demon and his backstory. We only skim the surface of his dark past and why he’s particular in his ways that I couldn’t connect with either one of them as much as I would’ve wanted to.

I was initially intrigued by the blurb surrounding these lead characters. I found Cheryl an interesting and likable enough character. Despite having been uprooted from her home and straight into a completely new territory and MC, she kept her cool for the most part and tried to fit in as best she could. I would’ve loved a clearer reason as to why she was given to Demon and his club in the first place. I found there was a discord right from the beginning almost as if I was already in the middle of the storyline and trying to catch up. I don’t know if this is a continuous story from the first book (as I hadn’t read that one), but I’m not going to lie, I was a smidge confused at first.

But in saying all that, there is one particular scene between Demon and Cheryl that surprisingly had me holding my breath in anticipation to see what would happen next. It’s my favourite scene in the entire book and one I admit to having read multiple times since. 😅 It’s moments like that one that make me hope that despite the lack of character development and expansive world-building, that this is not the last we’ll see of Demon and Cheryl. Even if they just make small appearances in future books.

You get bits and pieces revealed about Demon and Cheryl and their need to escape their pasts. At first it all seems relatively casual between them but they soon discover that they have common ground. There’s no denying that they both feel a pull towards one another but unsure of what it could mean or how to proceed.

Demon was meant to “break” Cheryl. But the more they spend time together, the more plans get thrown out the window. This story may be short and they may have gotten together relatively quickly, but their moments together kept me engaged. I found I liked their conversations more so than their little sex romps. Lol. 🙈

Speaking of which — If you don’t mind BDSM/ Dom-Sub in your romance books, there’s a little bit of it included in this story.

This is the second book from this RBMC chapter by Erin Trejo — I haven’t read the first book but after having read Unbreak Me, I think I may just go back and read the first one and see how this MC started. There’s backstory between a couple of the brothers from the club that I couldn’t help thinking I was missing because I hadn’t read the previous book. I could be wrong but it seems like whilst the Demon and Cheryl’s story itself can be read as a standalone, the books in the series are somewhat interconnected from the MC standpoint.

Overall, an enjoyable MC novella that can easily be read in one sitting. It has a good chunk of romance and MC elements combined. There is some sensitive subject matter included that may trigger some readers, so keep that in mind. For mature 18+ audience only.

Unbreak Me :RBMC Savannah, Ga Chapter book 2 by Erin Trejo will draw you in from the first chapter. This was a fast paced edgy story filled with drama, violence, romance and plenty of sexual tension. The story begins with Demon who was given club girl Cheryl by the Maryland Chapter and the interaction between them as he is taking her to Savannah Ga. Cheryl, is a sexy feisty young woman who is haunted and scarred by the demons in her past. As she tries to fight Demon, she is about find out how this dark, dangerous man treats women and finds she wants and craves the feelings he is bringing out in her. Demon can't understand how this women has gotten into his head and has him feeling things he never thought would happen with a woman. Demon is also haunted by abuse in his past and now these two will come together as they heal and complete each other. This novella was entertaining, gritty and raw with twists and turns as Cheryl's past comes for her causing Demon to save and claim her as his ol'lady as these two have a bond that no one will be able to break. This is a must read as you will be taken on one wild adventure surrounding these over the top men of the RBMC and the women who enter their thrilling world.

Book 2 of the Royal Bastards MC series 🤩 Erin does not disappoint. Cheryl has been traded to the club from Maryland. She’s got a past she’s sure she’ll never escape and the scars to prove it. Demon is the Prez and he’s earned his name for a reason. Will Demon be able to break his “kitten” like he’s done the rest or will her claws find their way straight into his heart?

This book had me sitting in a parking lot just hooked. I couldn’t put it down. Demon is a rough, tormented and damaged man. Cheryl is broken and doesn’t need another man to hurt her and throw her away. The instant connection between these two was undeniable. The heat was scorching and the passion off the charts. Another 5 star read from my favorite author.

This is a great quick read and one that starts off fast-paced and keeps up until the last page. Demon takes Cheryl on a trade from another chapter but is starting to realize Cheryl brings out some different feelings for him and that she is different from the other club girls. Their past is similar and something they both are still haunted by and struggle with. Great characters, loved seeing characters pop up from another series and club action is on point. A solid 4.5 stars

Now that's what I'm talking about! This author has the ability to rip your heart out in a novella better than most can do in a full on novel. These two souls are broken and destroyed by what was done to them as children. He makes it a point to destroy anyone he finds abusing women or children having no idea this new lady would give him a reason to do more. These two battle it out and find a place just for them in the storm. It's a fast emotional read that will leave you wanting more. Loved it

Demon was given Cheryl and that means they don’t have a future right yet from the beginning you kind of know they are kindred souls. Reading them right their demons to be together is an emotional roller coaster you don’t want to get off. Another amazing story by this exceptional author.

This a great short story. Even though it's shorter it's not lacking on any details.
Cheryl is given to another chapter of the Royal Bastards and Demon is the one that wants to break her. They are both broken and soon find out that their pain is similar.
Love this story and love Erin's writing!

Whew, this story broke my heart. It is tragic and haunting but great.

Cheryl is a woman that is given to the Savannah chapter president, but she doesn’t know why or what she is in for when her hands are zip tied and she is put in the backseat of a truck being driven by a prospect. She’s angry and confused.

Demon is the president of the Savannah, GA chapter of the RBMC and is a man that breaks women to submit and then passes them on. For some reason the woman that he brought home from the Maryland Chapter is different and he finds that his proclivities are not necessary when he’s with her. He enjoys her company, and he finds that he enjoys spending time with her outside of his room.

Cheryl and Demon have a lot in common and find that they understand each other. When they go to the bike rally and Cheryl comes face to face with her past, Demon’s life takes a turn, and he will not rest until he finds Cheryl and saves her. Cheryl and Demon have demons to fight and together they can beat them. Demon needs to make Cheryl understand that her scars are proof that she is a fighter and survivor, not a victim. I loved this story, but it did break my heart. The tragedy of their childhoods and their scars made them who they are as adults and they will keep fighting to survive anything that is thrown at them. I give this story a 5-star review and look forward to more of the RBMC stories.

Another awesome addition to the RB series. Demon and Cheryl's story is a fast paced, emotionally filled novella. These two come together when Cheryl is given to Demon to "break". But Demon quickly realizes that Cheryl is not like other women and his need to dominate her becomes personal. I loved reading this book from beginning to end. My only disappointment was that I wished their story would have been longer. :-)

Abuse by any standard is a terrible thing, especially when it's given by a parent. There's more to Cheryl than just a club whore. Demon is called in to take her off the Maryland's club charter. She has a mind of her own and not a submissive. To each their own. When her past comes back to haunt her, Demon is by her side. HEA.

Unbreak Me is a great fast paced read about two people who are both haunted by their pasts. Cheryl starts out as a ub girl at the Maryland Chapter of the Royal Bastards. She's given to Demon, President  of the Savannah Chapter. It's not long before Demon find there's more to Cheryl than he anticipated.  Their journey is one of understanding and finding mutual respect.  It's a definite must read.

WHY WAS SHE TAKEN IN THE FIRST PLACE?

by CNGINC76

Title: Unbreak Me
Author: Erin Trejo
Genre: MC Romance
**RECEIVED ARC FOR HONEST REVIEW**
**SPOILERS AHEAD**
I have always loved Erin Trejo's books. She has always been able to spin a tale and take you down a rabbit hole you wonder if you should explore. Yet this book left me scratching my head wondering if I missed something.
It starts off Demon is dragging Cheryl to a vehicle to take her to Atlanta from the Maryland Chapter of the RBMC. All he says is she's been given to Atlanta. She's a club girl. He also says it is his job to break girls. He's the resident Dom. He makes it known he didn't have a messed up childhood. He says his childhood was normal. Later he says he was molested. So did he have a nice childhood or not? Cause he was making the case his desires are not deviant or wrong and due to an abusive childhood. Then to say he was abused kinda implies his desires are derived from his childhood.
Then since the whole Dom/Sub thing is a very big point in the book why is it not really used in the book? No Fifty Shades here y'all.
The characters are flat and unbelievable. The VP Drake, his woman she's a nut but her behavior is more eye blinking then giggle worthy. She comes across flat. And Drake who has a blood fetish flips out more than Demon when Cheryl is attacked. Umm... Drake has a woman so shouldn't Demon show the concern? AND WHY WAS SHE EVEN TAKEN??? Was that in book 1 and you need to read that to understand what is going on?
Seriously I just feel so much is left out and the story is all over the place.

The club girl Cheryl and the Demon, what could go wrong? Both products of child abuse, both cope differently. Trauma has a way of finding those who resemble one another’s pain. Can they both help each other or tear each other apart. When Cheryl’s monster finds her again will the Demon come out to play? You better believe he does, but can Cheryl look past the demon to the man beneath all his own pain? Great story by an amazing author. I love everything she write and I read all of it! Hands down my favorite author in this genre.

Dang what a story. Demon and Cheryl. Demon goes and gets Cheryl a club girl from another chapter and ends up keeping her. They both have deep secrets that made them the way they are today. When Cheryl s comes back it is up to Demon to save her. This story is dark and a lil twisted but it's good. I started and finished in one seating. The story is sad, and good. Ms. Trejo writing is so good.

Not your stereotypical MC romance

OMG! Erin has done it again! Just when I think, "I might need to take a break from MC because it's all reading the same," I pick up a new Erin Trejo read, and BOOM! Everything I ever thought about a "typical MC read" goes flying out the window.

Cheryl is traded to the Savannah Chapter and given to Demon to break-in. What he doesn't know is she's just as broken as he is and she's not your typical club whore. As she tells him more about her past, he realizes, that he's not the one breaking her, she's breaking him and he's going to have to fight to keep her.

Erin, how do you keep the stories fresh with so many clubs and chapters? Nothing is repeated and nothing is predictable. No one goes into a MC read thinking "I'm going to want this HEA" or "I wish I were a club whore," but damn if I didn't want to be Cheryl by the end of this book.

Congratulations on another fantastic book Erin! I can't wait to see what 2021 brings.

Cheryl can change her attitude on a dime. Demon is good at what he does – if he does say so himself. Expect to see plenty of steam heat with this pair. Their story may be a trigger for some based on a connection these two have.

Sometimes I don’t quite understand the place some women have in the Club. maybe it’s because I’m too independent and not afraid to talk back. Sometimes that is what fiction does. We know it’s not real but the author does such a great job in creating her characters that you have to wonder. Plus, if you watch some of the crime shows that are out there, this story would fit right in.

Our author knows just the right moment to turn the heat into an inferno and knows when to dial it back a bit – think I might need some aloe vera for my face. She also knows when to make me angry and what is needed to bring a tear to my eye. Her story also made me mad that I missed reading the first book in her series and will have to rectify that rather quickly.

This is a short story that is over before you know it. It’s one that left me feeling like their story isn’t over yet. Like an old friend, I hope there’s a chance we’ll “meet” again. And I look forward to getting reacquainted.

I was not compensated nor was I required to write a positive review. The opinions I have expressed are my own.

The relationship between Demon and Cheryl begins in a somewhat unusual way. The RB from Maryland give her to Demon, prez of the Savannah chapter, and he takes her wanting to break her and make her submissive to men, using his skills as a Dom, but Cheryl is not very convinced at first.
Both discover that they have many things in common, some of which are very painful, but they find in the other the perfect complement.
It’s a short but intense story and there are some 🔥🔥🔥scenes.
❤️to see Drake again.

“I’m broken, Demon.” “So am I. Unbreak me, Kitten.”“You shouldn’t want me, Demon.” “And yet I do.” “I’m not the girl you need,” I whisper. “You’re the girl I want. And I get what I want, Kitten.

Erin Trejo always gives us intense, broken heroes and smart, damaged heroines and this book is no exception. Demon is a Dom's dom. He breaks women, but only those that are submissive and gives them what they crave. Cheryl is a club girl and is taken by Demon to break, but suddenly she starts to break him. They both had horrific childhoods that left both physical and emotional scars, but now that they have found each other, they start to heal. The book is well paced, intense, steamy, and has a twist to two along the way. Great addition to the RBMC series

At first I didn't know if I was going to like this one or not....it starts out with Cheryl being given to Demon by another charter for him to break. Cheryl is not you typical club girl and it seems that Demon isn't just your typical MC pres either...he is used to dominating and breaking women but finds that he can't do it to Cheryl. Turns out that Cheryl is already broken from her past but so is Demon...will they be able to unbreak each other? I ended up really loving this story and excited for the next in this series.
