A Mountain Man Curvy Woman Romance

Ravyn

I have only ever been in love with one man.
A real-life Romeo and Juliet story if ever there was one.
My family has a decades old rivalry with the Harrisons.
When my dad found out I was going to marry Denver Harrison six years ago, he forbid it.
I didn’t care.
Until Mom got sick and Dad threatened to cut me out of the family entirely.
Breaking up with Denver meant my son got to grow up knowing his grandma.
It meant I got to stay by Mom’s side until her dying breath.
But I can’t keep this secret from Denver any longer.
He deserves to meet the son he doesn’t even know he has.

Denver

I always hoped deep in my heart that Ravyn, my one true love, would come back to me.
It’s the reason I’ve not let anyone else get close all these years.
It’s Ravyn or it’s no one.
But when she shows up with a little boy who looks just like me, I’m stunned.
I never knew.
What will it take to convince Ravyn that she doesn’t need her family’s money?
I refuse to lose the woman I love again.
No matter the cost, I’m not splitting up my family.

What a sweet and heartwarming second chance romance. I was frustrated at Rayvyn for a while until she finally stood up to her dad. It was amazing! Loved Nolan and his easy acceptance and now I can’t wait for Reed.

They are the Romeo and Juliet of Alaska...only they don't die and instead get a sexy HEA

Denver is the fifth book in the Harrison Brothers in Alaska series and it is a charming, sweet, emotional and sexy story. Now that the brothers have finished Denver Harrison's cabin at their family owned and run Mountain View Lodge in Alaska. It just so happens that the woman he falls for is the one and only woman he has ever loved. Ravyn Danvers grew up in Alaska and she loved Denver. But six years ago when her mother was diagnosed with cancer they moved to Seattle to be near the treatments she needed. She hated leaving Denver but when her father threatened to cut her off from her family if she stayed and eloped with Denver she knew she needed to be there for her mother. It is now six years later and she finds herself at the Mountain View Lodge for a week long stay. Her mother passed six months ago and she knew she needed to see Denver again. But she is not alone as it turns out she is coming with the most special man in her life, her son Nolan. It seems that there was something else that Ravyn left Alaska with besides Denver's heart.....a little bundle that they made together. Ravyn wants Nolan to have a relationship with Denver but she is also afraid of what Denver will do when he finds out. But there is a bit more to this story that is just a lovely read.

This book is well written with an engaging story-line that kept me guessing at what would happen next. The characters are nicely developed, with a few of the Harrison clan popping up and Ravyn's best friend Bianca (she and her sisters are getting their own series with Daisy Hills B&B). Nolan is a young boy who is rolling with life only the way a child can as he meets his Dad and goes on some Alaska adventures just like his mother has told him stories about. I really loved this book and can't wait to read the last in the series, Reed.

Ravyn and Denver were in love six years ago, but a feud between their families kept them apart, as well as her mom was dealing with cancer and she could not leave her. Six years later, Ravyn shows up at the lodge to talk to Denver and introduce him to his son, Nolan (after Denvers grandfather). The romance is just as heated, but the emotions take time to come around after the shock of his son standing there. Father and son bond and Nolan is in love with his dad and Alaska. Now, Ravyn just has to decide if she will stay or obey her father and his stupid feud - one where he is the only one left who knows what it was about. Denver gives Ravyn courage and she gives him the strength of love and family. Courage wins out and the ending is priceless. Love this series and the characters are solid with strength and determination. The families are tight knit and there for each other no matter what. Can not wait for the next one - Reed.

Denver is the fifth book in Kali Hart’s Harrison Brothers in Alaska series. In this book readers get to witness a second chance opportunity for Ravyn Danvers and Denver Harrison. Several years ago,
Ravyn’s father, a wealthy, manipulative man, forbade her from marrying Denver. Despite his efforts, Ravyn’s love for Denver never diminished as she raises their son. Ravyn, with the help of her best friend, takes her son to Alaska to meet his biological father, Denver. What will happen when Denver sees his son? Can their love be rekindled? You must read this book do discover what unfolds.

Ms. Hart penned a sweet romance. She created strong characters and through this plot we see the challenges they face and how the manage them. The dialog and banter are well done and makes the reader chuckle. I enjoyed the dual point of view as it allowed readers to understand each character. I liked the descriptive outdoor scenes. They transport readers into each scene. This is a delightful book to read on a lazy weekend. Get yourself a copy, sit back, get comfy and enjoy.

I kind of loved this story. It was short but entertaining and enjoyable. The characters were interesting and likable. Bianca was the best kind of friend that you could have for Ravyn. Nolan was an absolute cutie! Ravyn was sweet. Denver was wonderful. I was torn on Ravyn's decision with Nolan and her mom. I feel like her mom would have put her dad in his place if she told her mom what he was doing. I don't think her dad would have argued with her mom, but I could be wrong. Denver was very understanding about the whole situation. He did a great job of not letting Nolan know how hard it was for him to only just be meeting him. I liked that Ravyn stood up to her dad in the end. I loved Denver and Ravyn's happy ever after. I recommend reading this book.

How can so much emotion and dram be packed into a book that takes less than thirty minutes to read This is a true Romeo and Juliet type story that will x draw you in and tug at you emotions Denver and Ravyn loved one another and had every intention of getting married but her father hated Denver's father and forbid it when she discovered her mother was dying she made the choice to break up with Denver so she could be with her mother until her death. Her father took them away from Alaska and her secret with her. Denver buried his heartbreak in cooking and has become the head chef at the family owned lodge but he never stopped loving Ravyn and has never gotten over her loss. Imagine his surprise when she returns and brings his son with her Can he forgive her and can they have a future together You will have to read to see

The fifth of the brothers in Alaska. Denver is the sweetest of all the brothers thus far. He was in love with Ravyn and they were to be married. Her father did not accept this and her mother was dying. Denver was a sweetheart to let her go because her mother was dying. He threw himself into his work due to this as he loved Ravyn so much. He had no idea she was pregnant with his son. After her mother passed Ravyn decided it was time to try and get Denver back if he would accept her after she told him about Nolan. These two knew they were meant to be together and held off on any relationships. When Denver finds out about Nolan will he accept Ravyn and Nolan into his life? Or will he be so heartbroken he has missed six years of his son's life?

This one is much more romantic than the others. I loved that both didn't date around for 6 years because they meant to be together. Nolan is absolutely adorable and Denver was my favorite in the previous books. I had some problems with Ravyn. I didn't like her much. A rich girl who only does was daddy wanted. Without a job and a real life. How dare she just come to the Lodge and show Denver his boy after six years of silence. I didn't like that, really. It's hard for me to find some sympathy for such a princess. Sorry one letter would have done it. Or to take your heart on the line and break with daddy. She didn't enough for love, just for herself.
But the story is as well as the others I adore each of the Harrison Brothers.

First things first; I like the cover of this book!
Denver is the fifth book in the ‘’Harrison brother’s in Alaska’’ series. This story is short, fast paced and an enjoyable read. I read this book in one sitting and was satisfied throughout. I found the writing style easy to follow, the characters likeable and the storyline enjoyable. Denver and Ravyn were once happily in love until her father tore them apart. Six years later and Ravyn is back with a surprise.
The chemistry between Denver and Ravyn is clear to see and I liked them together.
I hated the way Ravyn’s father controlled her but I was glad when she stood up to him and had a turn around.
I really liked the ending and the epilogue for this story.
The storyline for this book is easy to follow and it is an enjoyable read.

Second chance at love. Denver had to walk away from Ravyn 6 years ago. She finally can go to Alaska to see Denver and let him meet someone very important to each of them. Neither Denver or Ravyn can do anything about the past but Ravyn has to work on the future and the first thing she needs to do is get rid of her father. I guess it's true that "money talks, BS walks." That's how he thinks he can control Ravyn. Now it's time to grow up and do what's best for Nolan and herself. Love the heartwarming story between these two. There is plenty of lust, heat, passion and hot intense steam. I received an ARC copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Denver has made out to be the Alaskan hero and his son, Nolan‘s eyes. All the stories about how he will save an Alaskan wildlife is now come to for Rishan when he meets him. He is undaunted he is pure love for his father. Denver is shocked when he sees a spitting image of a youngster six years old and his love of his life, Ravyn. She was once everything six years ago. Now she is back and now he knows he has a future. Right?? Situational circumstances might change this. But Denver is ready to fight for it, his son. His family. Great story.

Six Years

Crazy. Usually one makes some kind of effort when a baby is one or two to make the father aware of his child. I couldn't get over Ravyn's decision to wait so long especially once her situation had change. Luckily, Denver never gave up on his love for her. Though he was furious, rightfully so, he still had a deep intense love for her which pour over to his son. Loved this story, just wished Denver's cooking was highlighted more. It was talked about so much in the other books.

Ravyn comes back to Alaska and the lodge to see Denver and introduce him to his 6 year old son, Nolan. When she last left Alaska, her father forbade her from ever seeing Denver again. She was pregnant, her mom was dying and she didn't want to deprive her mom of time with her grandson. Now that mom's gone, Ravyn is determined to put her family together, if Denver will still have her? Liked the ending.

Who doesn’t love a story of star crossed lovers who are forced to separate because of a family feud? Ravyn and Denver were forced apart by their father’s feud and although six years have passed, neither one of them has forgotten their one and only love. Ravyn has decided now that her son needs to know his father. What follows is a romance born again.

This story was sweet and romantic but made me insanely angry. I really couldn't understand Ravyns point of view.🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ How she could so this to her child and the man that she loved, because of her controlling father. That made it hard for me to like her (but that's just my opinion🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️). In the end they got their HEA. Denver made it too easy for her. All in all a good read and romantic and safe... and DV and no other forever😍😍

Another Harrison brother got his own happily ever, and I’d say he deserved it.

Denver's story is not only a story of heartbreak and longing but of hope and fighting for your love too. At last, he managed to convince her to stay.

Took me a minute...

Okay so this book really took me a minute to give in to it. At first I really did not like Ravyn. She just seemed to selfish and almost shallow to me. But she did eventually come to her senses and grow a backbone and redeem herself and it turned out to be a sweet story.

Love waits

Six years they were torn apart from each other. Denver and Rayvn are sweethearts through and through. When Rayvn shows up after all this time. It is like she never left. Except this time she isn't alone. Can these two finally be happy or will they be ripped from each other for good?

Very good!

Ravyn goes to the lodge to see Denver, the love of her life. Denver sees her and their region is sweet. However, I'm a little upset that Ravyn kept such a huge secret from Denver. The ending is sweet.

Alaskan Romeo & Juliet

This story has a Romeo & Juliet vibe. Six years ago Ravyn's father forbade her from marrying Denver. Why? Because he disliked Denver's dad. Now Ravyn has returned and she has a secret.

Another good book

Loved Rayven and Denver's love story. It was heartbreaking when she left him to move with her family. She returns with his son. After the usual ups and downs in the relationship, her father shows up. This was such a great book, thanks. Written by Cindy :)
