This book is invaluable. Jill Shroyer provides a 5-step process for preparing and delivering conversations when you find yourself in a "sticky situation." I wish I had this book when I was new to leading my team. Jill also provides examples of what to say... and not to say. She provides tons of example scenarios and sample scripts, including a personal hygiene example! Jill brings a human-centered approach to her direction and gives you concrete ways to make connections with others before, during, and after tough conversations. This is a must read for all team leaders, supervisors, managers, and HR professionals.

Jill does a great job of breaking down the best way to confront sticky situations. This book is great for managers, but as a Parenting Coach I'll definitely suggest it to parents of teens.
