A challenging read, but worth it.

Pros:

1. It's less than 150 pages long.
2. The information is helpful.
3. The acronym "leap" is easy to remember.
4. Good quotes and examples.
5. The figures were significant in following what Robert Castiglione was teaching.
6. Although some of the information didn't apply to me, it can in the future.
7. I would re-read this, but next time, I want to highlight it as I go through it.
8. The key points/takeaways are helpful.
9. The final chapter is fantastic.

Cons:

1. Some of the information in this book didn't apply to me yet.

I recommend this if you're interested in finance and are open to learning something new.

I was introduced to LEAP before I heard of Infinite Banking. The latter is a concept, the former is, ultimately, just software designed to get to the same place. In my experience, those who have not mastered the concept, who do not know it well enough to teach it without a computer, then the software is a very bad crutch.

That said, if you sell cash value life insurance, then you should know about LEAP, where it works, and where it doesn't.

Interesting concepts, but light on details. Multiple topics ended with recommendations to talk to a LEAP Advisor for more details. At only 142 pages, this book is only an overview. The best takeaway is that “money is not math and math is not money” and there are many erroring factors that people don’t think about.

I don't make it a habit of reading finance books, but I wanted to read an opposing point of view from the Ramsey book. My personal opinion is that the right approach is somewhere in the middle of these two books.

This book, like the Ramsey one, has helped me see more clearly how I spend or save my money. These types of books have helped me to understand better what I should do in order to be prepared for the future. This book argues in favor of many of the Ramsey myths.

I wouldn't recommend this book for light reading, but if you are trying to make some decisions for yourself, then I think it is a worthwhile read, along with others, to understand opposing views. If someone would like to read this, they can borrow my copy anytime. :)

We use this book at work. It's very informative about how to capture leaks in your finances, and how to make the most of your money. As far as finance/money books go, I think it's fairly enthralling.
This book and the LEAP concept have opened my eyes to some helpful financial concepts I don't think I would have found otherwise.

Great introduction to the LEAP/Wealth in Motion process I use with my clients. Bob Castiglione understands how money works and how to make it more efficient for people who are willing to learn. Great stuff!
