I felt the authors writing ability get better as the story progressed. The beginning felt sloppy but as the story unfolded it flowed much better. By the end I was eager for more only to be let down by a ‘….to be continued’

I eagerly await what comes next.

It's not a badly written book some parts I skipped personally as they felt like a waste of time, yes I understand your ex forces and your paranoid because your dealing drugs don't want the family to find out ect but this is repeated over and over the mental health part was well written especially as men's mental health can be over looked the book is left on to be continued I will most likely read the next book as I'm some what invested in this autobiography and how it ends. Thanks for sharing your story or at least one part of it.

I purchased this book after it was recommended by a fellow Veteran who served alongside the author. The book is not a bad read, not exciting nor did it grip me but I found it interesting enough.
If you want to know how the street level drugs system works in the U.K. this is the book for you, if you want to understand how a military veteran’s life can spiral out of control then this is the book for you.

But if you want a book that tells a full story and comes to a natural conclusion then you will be disappointed. It ends with “to be continued” so now I wait for the next instalment.

Watched the author on tiktok and found his videos interesting about serving in the forces, prison life, his sentence, and his follow on work supporting veterans.

Found out he had a couple of books out, so thought I'd give them a read. Glad I did. You can definitely feel the emotion. Very interesting perspective of the underbelly world of dealing.

Good read

Drawn to this book after hearing a podcast by the author who happened to be in the same regiment as my father in the forces. Very good read and insight into the world of drugs after the armed forces

Real life in the drug world!

The real world of drug dealing expose the sad truth its a mugs game. Disappointing end though, was not expecting it to end unfinished. Still,a good read.
