About the author

Pixel Ate is actually a team! We’re a mom and dad, who live in the Pacific Northwest. We have five kids ages 10 all the way down to 1. We don’t like to brag, but we think our kids are pretty great.

We live on a little bit of land that we’re slowly turning into a farm. We like having lots of space outside to run and play and we’re excited to fill it with some animals. Yay for goats!

Everyone in our family loves reading—well, the baby loves chewing on books—so we thought, why not write our own stories? It’s super fun creating worlds and characters and adventures and even more fun when we know other people are enjoying them. Plus, it’s extra special when our kids get to help.
We really did have a cat named Bruce Lee the Scar-Faced Ninja Attack Kitty From Japan (Who Smells Like Poop) who got himself into all kinds of sticky situations, but sadly, he is no longer with us. He truly was a great kitty and he truly did fart a lot. Now we have an equally great kitty named Tater Tot and she is a lot less stinky, but just as loved.

Exciting funny

Love it when Bruce eats the stone sword and gets stone claws so funny when that happens next time are you going to have and iron sword

The amped up action scenes were super fun in this book. Bigger and stronger baddies made for a lot of fun watching as the characters had to up their fighting game. I enjoyed continuing to learn more about how the world works and see more food and objects and characters come into the story I didn't know about and learn new ways they could be interacted with. There are some fun new kinds of animals in this story and reading about how the characters interacted with them was awesome. I'm just now playing Minecraft for the first time so I'm discovering a lot while reading and then getting to experience it as I play the video game with my 10 year old who also teaches me. Without spoiling anything I'll just say that one of the characters had some cool developments in this book that were fun to watch. Also, the teamwork of the family with each other and new characters made for some great stand up and cheer moments.

This book was awesome it was so funny when Bruce ate the stone sword and his claws turned to stone it was just so funny and I think you shouldn’t just continue with this book you should write other books!

What happened

So I have a few questions like what happened to the iron golem and aren’t there usually more iron golems and what happened to the wandering trader ! Please answer my questions in the next book!
