A Project Romance

This book is about twin sisters NaTisha and Tasha you would think with them being twins they would have more in common than just being twins but this is far from the case. These two are the complete opposite in every way. NaTisha is very beautiful but she is an around the way girl. She is loud and very ghetto she makes a name for herself and not in a good way. Her twin sister Tasha is the complete opposite she is quiet and reserve. Her inner beauty and her voluptuous shape is a win for all. She is very talented with doing hair and aspires to own her own her salon instead of being petty booster to make ends meet. Sadly Tasha is the blunt end of Tisha cruel and mean jokes.
While reading this book I found it interesting how Tisha would talk badly about Tasha then would need her help. No hood book would be completed without hood boys. They are some characters themselves.
I listened to this on my audible book! And it was absolutely amazing the characters and the plots were so believable. This book is definitely a must read or a must listen to.

Tasha deserves some happiness while Tisha needs to get humbled real quick
I wonder why Tisha hates Tasha so much! Tasha hasn't done anything to her for her to be so cold and evil to her. But that ending shows that her karma is about to come real soon. I rooting for Tasha to learn to love herself and become the amazing woman that is inside of her. Boo has some serious little man issues that he needs to keep in check. That scene where he hemmed up Manny was a little funny when Manny had on holey socks lol. I'm ready for part 2!!

Ok story
This story was just ok to me. I felt like a lot of things weren’t really explained. If I’m to believe that twin sisters don’t like each other, I need some type of reason. The reader was told that they didn’t get along but no explanation on the origin of this beef. The story really didn’t have much drama. I’m not sure if I would read the second part.

Sibling Loyalty or Nah
This read was really interesting, if you have a sibling that never speaks to you or about you in a positive manner you may have some underlying problems that needs to be addressed immediately or else it could cause siblings to hate one another. For the girls to be twins it's like night and day. Tasha is such a good girl that cares about people and she only wants her sister Tisha to respect her boundaries and stop always talking down on her.
Tasha didn't have much self esteem from hearing her twin always calling her nasty names. Tasha just didn't realize her beauty was unmatched because her spirit was pure. They only had one parent and he was worthless, so they hustled to be able to take care of themselves and their apartment.
Tasha was so down on herself when it came to getting true complaints she never believed them, until she let Duece spend some time with her. Of course Tisha couldn't believe someone would want her sister over her, instead of her trying to fix herself it was easier to tear down her sister. Sibling rivalry is real in some families, sometimes it takes a lifetime to fix and sometimes it never gets fixed. Duece is good for Tasha, he sees in her what she doesn't see. Tisha is being the thot that she is and this time she may really messed up. We shall see what's going to happen to Tisha? Will Manny and Boo get together? Will it be an all out war? One big circle...
Let me just say this first from the beginning, I can tell this series is about to be LIT. It's so much going on simultaneously that it's unreal. It is also amazing how small the world is with these characters. It is becoming one big circle swiftly. The relationships, friendships, and sisterhood are all being tested.
I am wondering if Boo and Natisha going to make it? She has a savage mentality where she is looking out for herself only. She doesn't care what she does or who she does it with as long as it benefits her. And speaking of Natisha I do not like how she treats her sister, her twin at that. She tries to bully and belittle her at every turn. She is quite envious of Natasha. I believe she sees the potential that Deuce sees in Natasha. I feel like Deuce and Natasha have a fighting chance however Zina is holding a serious torch. I am pretty sure Deuce and Natasha are in for an adventure with Zina lurking in the background. The love of money is driving all of these relationships including who is running whichever hood. I am anticipating how Manny joining the opposing team going to go down in Boo's world. I get the sinking feeling that Deuce and Phonzo can hold their own. I hope everything plays out in Manny's favor.

Twins? You will believe they will have a connection, but nope! NaTisha literally hates NaTasha. NaTasha is the “good” twin with a very very low esteem.
NaTisha is very hateful and disrespectful and thinks she’s the “cuter” twin with the banging body. She used so muchderogatory words she be slinging at her twin is very hurtful IMHO. One word to describe NaTisha ~~~ trifling. She keeps embarrassing her with overweight jokes, which is not cool at all.
Do not agree how the twins make their money and not sure why they don’t get regular jobs. Not because you in the hood had to continue doing that reckless stuff. Yeah in their mind it’s easy money but there are consequences and they can easily get caught.
NaTasha is very insecure about herself. She needs to twist that crown and be the boss she knows she can be. Deuce kept it 💯 with her and said if you not happy with your weight do something, but do it for you and not other people perception . This is real talk and commend Deuce for keeping it real.

oh man, this is my first time reading a book by T’ANN Marie. A project romance had my attention from start to finish. The twin sister's names are Tasha and Tisha. Boo and Tisha Irked my Damn soul. This book is mostly about two twins sisters and two different gang members. For the girls to be twins, they are like fire and water. You have the evil twin sister and the nice twin. Tisha is the mean sister and the neighborhood thot. Tasha is the sister who feels overweight, and everyone cracks jokes about her to her faces, and behind her back, including her twin sister. Can't wait to start book two. Hopefully, part two answers my question. Will Manny and Boo make up? Will Tisha make it out alive? Will Deuce and Tasha be together? Will Tasha finally put her hands on her twin? Will Manny be alive after the first chapter in part two. So many questions. Book two here I come.

A Must Read
Natisha is pitiful and it's sad to see she's jealous of her twin sister. Her little snide remarks and the need to try to embarrass her in front of other's is sickening. I'm surprised Natasha haven't went upside Natisha head for being disrespectful but Natasha got something Natisha would never have. Boo seemed cool at first but he showed his true color's towards Manny. Somebody who's supposed to be his best friend. He also was dumb as hell trying to wife Natisha hoe ass. Manny better hope his loyalty resides with Deuce because if not I don't see it ending well. Deuce and Phonzo better keep their eyes open. Boo is envious and now with him and Manny being at odds. Nothing good will come out of it.

This book was a really good read. Held my attention from beginning to end and what a ending. Natisha, is so pitiful and it's sad the way she treats Natasha, her twin. They're as different as night and day. I can't wait for her to get handled. Boo, dumb as a box of rocks, then trying to wife trifling Natisha. I'm liking Deuce and Natasha and their chemistry. After that ending, I can't wait to see what happens next. Good job T'Ann Marie and O'Sharra.

They say twins are supposed to be the closest siblings. But this sister Tisha is a snake to her twin Tasha. Just because she’s a complete opposite of her and a good girl. I liked it!
I despise the way Tish talked to and about her sister. She's so fake and I hope Tasha finally beat her ass for talking her money. Love Deuce he's so respectful to Tasha and I can tell her really is filling her. I can tell that Boo is really feeling Tish but she's a whore anit no changing that.

Great story

Tisha is the worst, how she cleans her sister her twin every chance she get. She’s going to need her in the end. Boo was dead wrong to treat his boy Manny like that, he definitely could have handled it differently.

Tisha didn’t know what she had, she blew that big time with Boo. Tisha, I hope gets everything thing she deserves, especially because of how she treats her sister. I think Manny made the right choice moving on for his betterment. I think he might have to take Mack out though.
