I believe the author is right in that this is a bioweapon created in a lab to be extremely infectious. I don't think it had the lethal payload they wanted. I don't agree with the author that it wasn't a planned leak. I believe that it was planned in that it was allowed to be researched/created in places that would give it the most possible escape vectors. I also think that Wuhan was just one of the labs that was used to give the most opportunity for escape to one of these bioweapons and that the probability of it happening was extremely enhanced by those that want a "global reset." There are probably many more on the way.

also the World Economic Forum had a full website created that had a site map mimicking the shape of a corona virus that was multiple levels deep and linked to hundreds of articles of content geared around a pandemic. This site mapping was rolled out shortly after January of 2020 when the virus was beginning to show up globally. The site mapping would have taken many months of resources in development and creation of content. The site mapping has since been moved to obscure areas on the site and behind a login for some of the content. However, I did find an example of it that they moved to a 3rd party visual component on the site:
