You can tell when an organization or a brand has jumped on the coloring craze without really looking into what folks who color want. In this case, Smithsonian has taken their skills as scientists and artists, and made a very informative book about dinosaurs but they haven't made a color friendly layout. Let me explain what I mean as a lifetime coloring fan.

The information about the dinosaur is on the opposite page. Great if you are just looking through the book but this leads to the bigger problem in the book. The image go into the binding area. There is no way you can color the entire image when it is from edge to edge but there is no easy way to either lay the book flat enough or to take the pages out. What this book needs is to make the book lay flat (spiral binding works great for that) or perforate the pages so they can be removed; make sure the great facts then are the on the back of the page.
