Andreas Lagerfield better know as Lager, plays for the Cleveland Sound pro hockey team. He's a divorced dad with a 6 yr old son, Klaus. He and Klaus have a special relationship but he would also like to find someone he could be with and not just hooking up with bunnies.
Dr. Leah Koening is a gynecologist that he met once when she delivered his teammates baby but she's also a big fan. While on vacation in NY she hooks up with Lager and so it begins. Never been one for relationships but she likes Lager and wants to see where it goes but he also has a son.
I loved Klaus and laughed so hard but oh what a wicked ex Lager has.

Loved this book!!!! Finished it in a day. Fall in love with Lager and Leah.
Andreas Lagerfield, not only is he a great hockey player for the Cleveland sound but he is a newly divorced single dad. Trying to navigate balancing hockey, being a good dad, co-parenting with a toxic ex and finding love.
Dr. Leah, OBGYN; a hockey player in her own right and self-proclaimed "puck bunny". Follows her favorite team, Cleveland Sound in hopes of meeting( and hooking up with) her hockey crush Lager in New York. Sparks fly between the two as they realize a one- night stand isn't what either really wants.
Will the sparks be enough to conquer all when it comes to meeting Lager's son, interacting with the ex and the lifestyle of a hockey player.

Did not enjoy
I did not even finish. I stopped when a Dr. was a punk bunny. Reality is these chicks are in real life and certainly a book can’t portray a happily ever after. I have enjoyed the other books in the series but this one not even one bit.
