What do Anne Frank, Elvis, and Teddy Roosevelt have in common? Nothing! Unless you’re a Time Traveler.

In Day Tripper, Book #2 of the Time Pedaler Series, Chant is determined to solve the mystery of the Time Machine. Where is the man who built it? What happened to him? To find out, Chant takes on the role of Time Traveling Detective!

With half his first year of high school almost over, he finds his new town more and more comfortable. He even gets a job, outside the family business.

But the responsibility of taking The Pedaler back in time weighs heavy on him. What if he messes up? What if he accidentally does something that changes history forever?

Up until now, going back in time has been a fun adventure, but when he meets Anne Frank he is hit with the reality of the dark side of history, and as much as he would like to bring her back, he can’t.

And just when Chant thinks he’s grasping the ins and outs of time travel, the discovery of another Time Traveler creates a whole new set of variables in the equation. Will he be friendly or a force for evil?

More importantly, what are his intentions for Chant and the Time Pedaler?

Come along for the ride of your life in Day Tripper, Book #2 in the Time Pedaler Series!

About the author

Micheal Maxwell

Micheal Maxwell has traveled the globe on the lookout for strange sights, sounds, and people. His adventures have taken him from the Jungles of Ecuador and the Philippines to the top of the Eiffel Tower and the Golden Gate Bridge, and from the cave dwellings of Native Americans to The Kehlsteinhaus, Hitler’s Eagles Nest! He’s always looking for a story to tell and interesting people to meet.

Micheal Maxwell was taught the beauty and majesty of the English language by Bob Dylan, Robertson Davies, Charles Dickens, and Leonard Cohen.

Mr. Maxwell has traveled the globe, dined with politicians, rock stars, and beggars. He has rubbed shoulders with priests and murderers, surgeons and drug dealers, each one giving him a part of themselves that will live again in the pages of his books.

Micheal Maxwell has found a niche in the mystery, suspense, genre with The Cole Sage Series that gives readers an everyman hero, short on vices, long on compassion, and a sense of fair play, and the willingness to risk everything to right wrongs. The Cole Sage Series departs from the usual, heavily sexual, profanity-laced norm and gives readers character-driven stories, with twists, turns, and page-turning plot lines.

Micheal Maxwell writes from a life of love, music, film, and literature. Along with his lovely wife and travel partner, Janet, he lives in a small town in the Sierra Nevada Mountains of California.

This book is simply written from a teenaged boy’s perspective but it’s NOT just a young adult book. It’s also an adult book. Besides presenting an entertaining story, it draws the reader into considering history in a serious way while turning pages to see what in the world this reckless kid is going to do next!

Book two is as great as book one.

Very interesting and exciting. My 10 year old granddaughter will really enjoy it. Love the way the writer explains as the story evolves. Can't wait for the next book.
