Love love love this CN novel. One of the bestest but I will just talk about the ML’s parents. I dont want to judge his mom but wow the sheer audacity to be like that to her own son is really something else.
Even if it's too traumatic does she not have an ounce of empathy to understand that at the same time all this while her own son might be lost, putting up a strong farce/wall while also silently suffering & tormenting himself more, being the victim of heinous act at such a young age? He lost his limbs at 4 year old for goodness sake. A literal child.

And lets not pretend the idea of him being ridiculed, jeered and bullied never cross her mind either with how he has no friends nor kids who would interact with him in public when she brought him out previously.

She knows to seek therapy for herself but not for her own son & then after all this years expect he's fine & dandy just cus he's a dang genius & obedient? Really? 
It's hard not to be this harsh on her when you know & notice how ML could grow slightly different when you saw that soft mommy boy glimpse in him earlier.

All that I can say I father pei and mother pei are trash. Honestly in this whole fiasco the one who is truly a victim and is hurting is THEIR SON. They moan about their guilt and nightmares etc I think they’re just sympathizing with themselves and acting like tender strawberries, if theyre guilty they shouldnt isolate him. They are just finding stupid excuses to carry on and enjoy their lives. TRASH PARENTS.

The short stories/ side stories are also fun to read :)

It was a rare read. A novel with disabled ML. Reborn Mc who remembered the devil ML and his debts to her family.
Reborn, MC supporting ML with her loving family.
It is a different story, with depth and warmth.
