My toddler loves this book. The images are vibrant without being overwhelming, and the writing is simply beautiful.

This is such a beautiful book that tackles complex ideas in a way that is accessible and engaging for children. I would highly recommend it for any child and will be buying it often as a gift for the children in my life. The illustrations are beautiful and capture the mood of the story beautifully. A wonderful read for people of all ages, but especially children. Lovely to have a children's book on my shelf from a local author.

SnowFlakes is a great book that bases its themes around life's eternity, the change in seasons and the longing for things that are gone. This book is a reminder of hope, to trust the ebbs and flows of life, and notice the subtle changes as they take place. Complemented by its themes are the beautiful illustrations. This book is a great gift for children that adults will enjoy.

A gentle introduction to the deep, philosophical musings of the human mind. This book delves into the profound nature of existence, using humour, soft and playful illustrations and lyrical poetry to convey some big and important concepts. I would highly recommend this little gem to anyone and everyone.

This was an excellent read and great way of communicating some existential questions with kids. Will be going back to it. Very well illustrated and worded - Matthew does a great job with this Children's Book.

What a great book for young readers! This is my two young one’s (2 and 1.5 years old) favourite book at the moment. They love us reading to them and looking at all the wonderful artwork. A great one to read to the kids before bed!

This picture book introduces a deeper concept to kids by packaging it as a sweet metaphor. The illustrations are beautiful, the story is heart-warming and it is a lovely reading experience. I recommend Snowflakes for audiences young and old because anyone can take something away from reading it.

Goodrich's Snowflakes is a beautiful tale of a snowflake's journey across its lifespan, cleverly worded to reflect life more generally. Somehow both sad and happy, this poetic, invigorating and inspiring story that is so excellently supported with sublime artwork will really make you reflect on this journey we call life. Matthew is clearly a brilliant storyteller with a bright future ahead of him.
