First of all, Noble was every-freaking-thing! There is nothing like a man who knows exactly what he wants and won't stop until he gets it. His pursuit of Noni was beautiful and I love how timeless their love was, and the ending of this story was absolutely beautiful! Excellent read, A. Marie. Looking forward to your next project!

What a great story!! Noble is that man!! Noni was sweet and confused, lol. Only for a moment. But that Barbara, she was asking for me to jump in and give her the business. Noni had some of the best friends a girl could ask for in Mia(best name in th world😉) and Layla. Great read.

Who died and made Barbara the Queen? Although I enjoyed the chemistry between Noble and Noni, I had a big problem that neither one of them had the courage to stand up to Noble's mother and tell her respectfully, to back off!
Noni and Noble are adults, not children that Barbara can push around. But she did just that. Another reminder that people can only do to us what we allow them to!

Another Chance
I was warned the Noble had a slick mouth! I liked him and how he handled all his business. Noni is my girl! The two of them going for another chance after nine years apart just proved to be as exciting. Can we just collectively beat Barbara's hateful behind? Kia and Lyla were funny too! Loved Noble and No no with all their craziness!

Oh my goodness!
Noble is definitely book bae! The aggressive respectful way he pursued Noni gave her no choice but to be honest with her feelings and also gave her courage to act on them. They were made for each other. Barbara ‘s bitterness was petty but understandable. Everyone lives with regret and how can you truly heal from it when you see a living, breathing manifestation of what your life could have possibly been. Although she was delusional in her perception of her relationship with William, the hurt from Noble and Avery’s dad leaving clouded reality for her. Regardless of the reason, she was straight out of line. I’m just glad that it didn’t stop Noble and Noni from being together and she was eventually able to acknowledge her issues as she tries to heal. A. Marie Johnson did her thing with this first book! Looking forward to more work from her to come.

Noble's mom definitely had issues, sabotaging her children's happiness because of her own unhappiness. Noble was a great guy; patient, go getter, not afraid to go after what he wanted, which was Noni. Their romance began when they were in school. They were destined for each other. Noble knew it but Noni had reservations because of meddling mother Barb. I understood Noni the first time she pushed Noble away, but the second time I had to side eye her. She knew Barbara's issue by then. A good romance indeed

NOBLE!
Where do I start? Noble was a complete meal! You know it's true love when after all those years they could still make each others heart dance to its own beat. Barbara definitely had some demons that needed an exorcist. I loved how Mia & Lyla knew their friend Noni & was ready to ride for her. I'm about to go & look for me a Noble in the daytime with a flashlight!

AM Johnson once again
This was my second read for this author, and I'll admit the second time was the charm. The story had a nice flow with lovely characters. I enjoyed getting to know Noni and Noble. Momzilla needed to just quit. A nice read.

I can’t believe Barbara blamed Noni for something she had no control over. She needs some type of help. I hated that Noni let Barbara enter her head & make her break up with Noble. I wished she just said to hell with her & stayed with him. I’m so glad that Noble didn’t give up on Noni all those years. Such an amazing love story.

I loved Noble!
The heroine was weak. Noni allowed Noble's mother to push her away and aside. Noni's pivotal moments revealed a self-sacrificing woman when she didn't have to be. Her reasoning for pulling away made no sense for a person who supposedly didn't care what others thought of her.
Eventually, the hero truly sees his mother in action and later learns just how far she's willing to go to break them up. Noni basically gives a pass to a woman that verbally abused her for years.
No matter what she had tried to do, she was his mother and he would always need her. -Noni
“I’ve already forgiven you, Barbara,” and I had. I forgave Barbara in order to have peace with me and Noble’s relationship. -Noni
NEWSFLASH: Noble doesn't need his mother, what he needs is a stronger heroine by his side. There are bad things that are said and done within families that can't be fixed with a simple apology and a smile.

Noble and Noni💕
Noble is everything a book boyfriend encompasses: confident, sexy, romantic, strong, and kind. He was determined to get his woman back; even after all that time had passed, he never stopped loving Noni...
And we all know that if Noni was being honest with herself, her heart never stopped beating for him, too. I just wished Noni had a little bit of Noble's confidence in dealing with his cuckoo mother! Barbara was a piece of work! Their interactions were frustrating!! I understand respecting your elders, but there is no way she should have gotten away with even half of the things she said! At one point of the story, I wanted to shake Noni, and put Noble's mother in a fierce headlock! I was definitely happy to see Noni's friends offer to "give her a two-piece combo!" LOL! These two chicas were hilarious! I love how they had Nonis back, but also didn't gloss over the truth! They kept it 100!
If I can just get back to Noble for a sec...the brother was smooth, and it wasn't long before he had Noni under his spell again! I absolutely adore second chance romances, and I love them even better when there's a HEA!!

Great story of a second chance love. Noni has lived in her hometown all her life. She has become a successful business woman. I loved this book it was great read. It's sad how a person parent can be so hateful especially when they see that their child is in love with that person. Some parents feel that nobody will every be good enough for their child and there is ones who tend to try to fix their children up wit someone they think would be a good fit for them. I say a person should be with whoever they want and not their parents control their lives it's not the parents who have to date that person it's the child. I am glad that No no and Nobel didn't let his mother interfere with their relationship so am glad they was able to make it work. This is a must read!!!!!

Omg!!! I’m on my way to Nebraska to find Noble!!! The love that these two share is so heart warming! 😍 I’m in love with the way he came back for his woman. He didn’t rush her into anything but yet he didn’t let her pull away from him. I love the aggressiveness that he have not strong and hard but gentle and ease! I’m glad chad didn’t urkle didn’t come back for no revenge but he really was L A M E lol!! I love Mia an Ly ALWAYS down to ride to protect Noni feelings. Not only do I love how they and they're love story was created, I love how the power of forgiveness was implemented. They're love prevailed. Even when that that showed up. This book was sensational. This was the first work by this author that I've read. I can't wait to read more. Can I say she is up there with B. Love & Mercy B. She takes you through a intricate web of emotions. Noni will drive you insane with how she was acting. Noble that man there wooooo( Fans myself). Now Barbara was the mother from hell. We would've had to shoot a fair one with her disrespectful behind. She was bitter, hateful, & rude? And for what!!! I can't wait to read the rest of her work!

So sweet!! This book made my heart smile ❤️. High school lovers, Noni and Noble spent years apart before a wedding brought them back together. Noble never stopped loving Noni. Although she tried to fight it, Noni was still deeply in love with Noble. Poor Chad did not stand a Chance; I felt bad for him lol. But, Noble had ONE agenda and that was to make Noni his for life. Barbara was too much for me and had some issues but I’m glad in the end she apologized for her actions. This was such a good love story about two soul mates! Good read.

I loved this story. Noble was determined to fight for his love with Noni. They had unforeseen threats to their happiness that they had to be strong enough to overcome. Their love was strong, unique, and undeniable. I love how this story showed how love is not always easy despite how strongly you feel for one another. This was another great book from this author.

His mother had some serious issues and it was a shame she was willing to risk her son's happiness over her misery. I’m glad that Noni told Chad early on that she wasn’t feeling the relationship anymore instead of stringing him along. Another great read by this author and looking forward to reading more

Noni and Noble has a love that transcends time and space. I have to say that never had a mans mother ever been that much of a hater then Barbara. I swear only this woman could be mad at a womans child because she didnt speak up. I'm glad she got her coming to Jesus moment and realizes that she was wrong. Glad Noni and Noble was able to get it right and live happy ever after. Can't wait to read the next book you have come out.

Good Stuff!!
This was a really good story and so sweet and filled with not only romance but humor and some of the hottest love scenes.Noble who is the alpha of this story just steals every scene,I mean his character leaps off the pages.This was a very entertaining story and I look forward to more.Now for my one ding,the ending felt has if it was rushed.There was still a bit more of the story to tell.

Good read
This is an good wholesome love story. Those relationships that are meant to be but obstacles make you think otherwise. If it leaves and comes back it’s meant to be. That’s the story. Noni and Noble were meant to be. I liked Noni personality and Noble’s willingness to do whatever to get her back.
This is an good wholesome love story. Those relationships that are meant to be but obstacles make you think otherwise. If it leaves and comes back it’s meant to be. That’s the story. Noni and Noble were meant to be. I liked Noni personality and Noble’s willingness to do whatever to get her back.
