Some closure
I am possibly being too critical but for a novel about Johnny's search for his daughters killer, the book lacked action and depth and seemed like it couldn't decide if it was urban fantasy, fantastical tech, a mystery or just weird dialogue. A fight scene toward the end was wonderful and did have me laughing. Outside of that, very little action and almost no magic and no real character growth. It seemed like the story of making a new Bounty Hunter show tried to be the main storyline but new characters other than a pair of blackmailers were generally not very interesting. I am a fan of Martha and Michael and their series so hopefully Johnny and his hounds come back stronger.

Entertaining paranormal listening 🎶🔰
Another will written paranormal Dwarf Bounty Hunter mystery adventure thriller novel by Martha Carr and Michael Anderle (Dwarf Bounty Hunter book four). Johnny Walker and Lisa start in the Everglades with a movie 🎥 crew thirty years after Johnny made the last episode of the Bounty Hunter. They travel to Baltimore, Maryland to shot the episode with some side missions. Things do not go as planned but they do accomplish accomplish the two side missions. I would highly recommend this series and authors too readers of paranormal novels. Enjoy the adventure of reading 👓 or listening 🎶 to Alexa read books 📚. 2023 🌙👒☺

Johnny finally leans the truth about his daughter’s killer all while evading his film crew, going sweet on Lisa, trying to keep his hounds in check and keeping up with his fans. This was a fun, engaging, nicely paced book but can Johnny tone down the “dahhhlinnn’s 🙄🙄🙄

Johnny's at it again, he finally has a lead on his daughters murderer, and he is out to take them all out.
If you liked Dog The Bounty Hunter, this is even better. Dwarf The Bounty Hunter was a show that ended when Johnny's daughter Dawn was murdered. Fifteen years later he and Lisa reboot the show to draw out a major piece of slime, the slime who gave the order for Dawns death. Mayhem, talking dogs, jacked up communications, and an FBI hiding info from Johnny, and then not backing him when he does what they couldn't do, take down the Red Boar.

Lisa gets her man, And so does Johnny
Ah yes, for fifteen years Johnny has been stewing over the murder of his daughter. Recently he discovered the FBI was concealing some of the details of the crime, and Johnny has managed to piece the identity of the criminal in charge who ordered the girl’s execution. Lisa promised to help Johnny track the boss down and bring him to justice But as a side project she’s also been working to become Johnny’s partner. A great read.

Making new friends, meeting old foes.
Johnny and Lisa head off to another big city to do stuff only a bounty hunter can do. He has an anchor in the form of a film crew messing with his moves, but he prevails. Lots of action and the hero isn't invincible. You need to read this one.

Johnny Walker The Reality TV Star
Lisa comes up with a cover of bringing back Johnny's reality TV show to go after the Red Boar. Throw in a film crew without a clue between them, a bunch of former bounties with grudges, and a jack of all trades, master of some former director and you get a great story.

Some how Johnny ends up where he needs to be
Dwarf the bounty hunter - turns out Johnny had a tv show 15 years ago and Lisa hooks him back into starting it up again it works out that the next case and the red boar are in the same place again he’s very sure he can bring him down but it’s Lisa who works out the plan that only tommy knows about big surprise at the end

Five Stars for Book Four
Like the previous three books in the the series this great and exiting tale kept me enthralled from start to finish. It both closed one thread and opened another leaving me eagerly awaiting Book 5

Lots of exciting action and laugh out loud humor!
Again, love the coon hounds! Read through in one sitting. Highly recommend! Only problem is having to wait until Feb for the next book!

Good
A nice continuation of Johnnys search for his daughters killer. I enjoyed the story, but between the dogs talking, and all the other conversations with filming episodes of the dwarf bounty hunter, too much talk ,needed more action.

Awesome hero and assistant!
As usual the dynamic duo deliver deliciously told sequels to us. Great story, great plot, great characters, including Rex and Luther. Can't wait for the next one. Keep up the wonderful stories! I'm glad the plot thickens as the storyline continues!

Johnny gets the bad guys
Johnny is such a great character. I never get tired of his adventures. Lisa is a great partner and the dogs give the comic relief we need. I can't wait to see what happens next.

Another interesting book
I enjoyed the book. It was similar to thffe ornery books I've read by Anderle and Carr but wasd not cookie cutter do I stayed interested. I love the characters, the story, the world they live in.

Lots of action and some closure
Th story not only got some closure but thee was a ton of action. The dogs are hilarious as always and I wonder if Lisa will eve get a chip to hear them or not. Definitely recommend this book and series.

Zero Dwarfs Given (BOOK 4)
Number 4 was just like watching a movie on tv. Best one yet! I loved how these characters work together. The two coon hounds just cracked me up through out the book. Hate to see the book end but can’t wait to start book 5.

In this book, Johnny Walker is determined to find his daughter, Dawn's murderer, and Agent Lisa Breyer has an idea that just might work.
There's a job that the FBI wants Johnny to take on, that involves a Senator, but Johnny is so focused on finding the Red Boar, that he doesn't want to know.
That is, he doesn't, until Agent Lisa Breyer persuades him to do something so utterly crazy, that he thinks it stands a chance of working.
So Lisa contacts her FBI boss, Agent Tommy Nelson, who loves the idea, and so gives the duo the go ahead!
Before Johnny knows it, he has a camera crew following him around EVERYWHERE!
What happens next, takes Johnny, Lisa, Rex and Luther into the mad world, of filming a comeback to the 30 year old series: Dwarf, Bounty Hunter!
But will this be enough to draw out the elusive Lemonhead - the boss of the Ted Boar gang, who had ordered Dawn's death?
Johnny is planning on it, as he wants to see justice done, for his daughter's sake!
Despite the gravity of the subject matter, I found this book absolutely hilarious, throughout - mainly because of Johnny's Coonhounds, Rex & Luther!
Poor Luther seems to be a bone short of a skeleton, most of the time, but the chatty duo do their very best towards catching the baddies that Johnny and Lisa are hunting! Lol
I liked Howie, Johnny's old Manager/ Crew Boss/ Minder/ Film Editor, etc., - a man who is literally as old as the hills, whom Johnny dragged back, out of retirement, at age 81, in order to deal with a film crew that Johnny finds more than intrusive!
I really like the way that Lisa helps Johnny to accept some help, and how she steers him into following her plans to catch Lemonhead/ Red Boar, too - even if nothing works out quite as she had planned things!
But then, when has a plan EVER gone exactly as hoped? Lol
But, with the help of many beings, Johnny and Lisa finally get their Magical - then find out they have to get him to Washington on their own! Lol
I looked at my Oriceran Reading List - and was glad I did, as the next book to be read on it, is Book One, of a new-to-me series: 'Academy of Necessary Magic'!
This is the new school that Johnny helped to establish, and where his Ward, Amanda, attends so, without ado, I'm off to start reading: 'Shifter in the Swamp'!
So, I'll catch you on the flip side of this next story, and I'll let you know what I thought of this new series, involving Amanda!

This book seemed out-of-place within the series. There were some glaring mistakes - the worst one was the timeline within the world. Last book, Dawn Walker had been killed c.2015. Now this book states she was killed 2005. Messes up the timeline a LOT. Also, glaring plot holes - why has "Dwarf the Bounty Hunter" tv series not been mentioned before? Why did he do it in the first place (this one has bugged me SOOOOO much)? No big questions had been answered and I doubt the tv show will be mentioned in any of the following books (and this doesn't even end the tv series, but just the first episode). As I mentioned, it seems out of place within the series, but it was still a fun read and the characters were all seamless. I have a problem with the plot device and timeline but that doesn't mean I'll stop reading the series!

Just as hilarious as the first three books. Johnny, Lisa and the boys take it to Baltimore as he's got a lead on his daughter's killer.
But to draw him out Johnny is going to make a reality show and hijinks ensue.

Good read
Good read in the fourth instalment as it tied up some loose ends. The growing relationship between Johnny and Lisa was a good development if not a surprise. The dialogue with the dogs and Johhny was hilarious as always. Looking forward to the next book.

My favorite installment
I don’t like all this author compilation puts out but this one was worth it. Why? Because it was fun. Those hounds had me laughing so hard I was crying.

Lots of fun
Another excellent story. Johnny is in rare form and he going after his biggest and personal bounty. With hounds at his side he sets Baltimore on it's ear. Good fun.
