It’s going to take more than Luck to get us out of this hell…

When I asked Rok to take me to the Dark World, this wasn’t quite what I had in mind. I’m not completely stupid—I know my chances of survival are much better when my guardians are with me. Instead, I’m wandering around Hell with no one but Rok to watch my back.

But the fallen guardian is the only one I can trust to take me to my grandfather—the god who might just be able to vanquish the demons from the Heavenly Realm and return the worlds to normal.

The quicker that can happen, the quicker I will be reunited with Jae, Song, and Gun. I might not know exactly what they are to me, but being apart from them, feels wrong and I now know that we’re supposed to be together.

I just need to work out what Rok has got to do with all of this and hope that the betrayal doesn’t kill me.

This was a really enjoyable read when I was able to break through the beginning, it’s been a while since I read this series, but I was able to pick up where I left off pretty well.
I do wish there was a bit more conflict in this read but it is a book that is mid series, so I’m not gonna be too hard on the book.
I really look forward to Book 4 cause I really do like this series.

I did not read Books #1 and #2. While it made me curious what happened in them I wasn't too lost in this book. I didn't really feel the chemistry between Kia and Rok. Story was interesting but just seemed a bit watered-down to me and didn't really go much of anywhere.

Our heroine is still trying to figure things out, including who is on her side and who is against her.

This is book three of the series. It works pretty well as a standalone, although you will be missing some of the backstory.

This is an urban fantasy story with a reverse harem element to it. The story is very well written and easy to read. Both the setting and characters are well done and continue to grow and develop with each book, which is a big plus for me. Overall, this was another fun read and I look forward to the next book.

Highly recommended.

A great follow on from Stolen Luck. I could not put this book down, again, it was fantastic, a slow to medium burn reverse harem, I cannot wait for what comes next. From start to finish the book was filled with action, adventure, mystery and humour with a few more steamy bits than book one and book two, men are added also. The story was again well written and started from where book two left off, the characters are developing more, more unique characters added and the chemistry between the characters..... definitely heating up. Watch out for the cliffhanger though.

Such an awesome continuance to this series. The character growth was muah*a chefs kiss. The scenes between her and her men... perfection! The new insights and the self discovery of our main character were on point!! The action in this book and the clever plot line was exactly what I had hoped for. That ending left me with a book hangover and I couldn’t have loved this story more! These authors have done it again and I really hope they do more work together!! Because each of these stories were amazing!

Love this series

Once again this book pulls you in and continues to keep you there until all of a sudden it’s done, and you need to read the next one!

I have to admit that when I got the opportunity to read an advance copy of this book, I hadn't read the first two books. I was able to plow through them in a weekend. This is a great series! The main character, Kia, is engaging and easy to root for. I would consider this a medium burn reverse harem. Kia collects her men gradually over the course of the books, but when they hook up the sparks fly. I enjoy the story/quest that the charters must go on. This is more than just a sexy RH novel. The book is well written and a lot of fun. I look forward to the next installment!

So this third installment was a ride. Lots of luck, both good and bad, for all our characters. I had whiplash from the back and forth feelings towards Rok. The rest of the guys evolved too, especially Gun, and I loved the changes there. And the scene with daddy dearest had me soooooo eww lol but I laughed too. This book has really evolved the series, with alot of secrets, answers, and twists. This are more complicated than ever for our girl, but I thi k Luck may just be on her side in the end!

The book kicks right off where the last ended, moving quite fast as we work out that Rok had taken Kia to the dark world, leaving the guys behind so they head to New York to find some Reapers to help get them to the Dark World.
Rok hits on Kia quite hard but she resists, their sexual tension is off the charts.
The guys make their way to the Dark World and end up in a load of trouble. Kia sees her father and grand-father, has lots of issues in the Dark World.
There are fights with demons, injuries, conflict between everyone’s dreams a great steamy scene to finish it all off.
It’s very well written, the detail has you falling into the book.
Looking forward to reading the next book to see what happens next, how do they stop Kia’s father and Mara from taking over the 3 worlds.

Twisted Luck is the third in the Goddess of Fate & Destiny series, and we ended with Kia going down into the Dark World with Rok. They are down there to rescue the imprisoned king but everything is not as it seems.

Twisted Luck felt like a place holder. The story progressed but it didn’t really feel like much happened? The relationship between Kia and her three guardians moved in a “let’s get some sexy times going” direction and there is still some unanswered feelings for Rok.

I wish more had happened, but it was enough to keep me interested in the series. Ready for the next!

This book was so good. I loved how it ended and I can’t wait for number 4. I think Gun is my favorite and I’d really like to punch Rok in the throat so I hope that he has to work real hard to get back in her good graces.

I voluntarily reviews this book in exchange for an advanced reader copy.
