Despite finding the information mentioned in this book interesting, I found most of the tips to be common sense, but perhaps I was simply not the target demographic. I enjoyed the fact Goodwin made his points short and concise, which really drove the points he was making home even though I noticed a few errors that may have been missed during the editing process. Overall I would recommend this book for those who really struggle with communication or those with a bit of free time on their hands who are happy to read over portions of the book in search of smaller key points.

basically told me i was the problem instead of the people around me so idk

might let that marinate as i stare at the wall and contemplate decisions i've made in my short life on this planet
