I remember reading this and liking it. One of my first bdsm rich girl/poor girl stories. My Amazon account wasn’t connected to my goodreads at the time but I did find my rating. I found this author again through their new book I received as an arc. If you like sapphic bdsm then definitely give this a read!

Not a bad read at all. I just didn't connected with the characters and I really didn't like Ava's behaviour toward Parker for most of the story. Also I am not a big fan of the whole control/dominant/submisive thing with playrooms and floggers so that didn'r work for me. I got Fifty Shades of Grey vibes from this book....
I liked the wrighting style though, so I will be reading the autors next book in the future, maybe it will be more my speed.
However if you are into the whole BDSM thing (it's pretty mild here) and controling heroine you will love this book, so give it a go. :)

Our heroine is struggling to make ends meet while our other heroine makes an offer that she cannot afford to refuse.

This is an erotic romance for the FF variety. I found the story to be well written and easy to read with an intriguing, if somewhat predictable, plot. The characters were good and got a chance to develop as the story proceeded. Once things got rolling, I enjoyed watching the chemistry develop. Overall, I found the story to be highly enjoyable.

Frustrating

Parker made me want to strangle her through about half of the book and if I wasn't reading on my Kindle I would have thrown the book across the room

Despite all of that the story was well paced and the sex scenes were amazing

Worth the read as long as you don't mind throwing books

The story was interesting. However, the poor editing destroyed the continuity of the book. I hope the author would review what she wrote, make the necessary corrections, and return it to availability on Kindle. I felt that this was not a true reflection of her ability as a writer. If she needs a new editor, I would volunteer.

I liked Parker and Ava and thought this was an interesting read. I felt for Parker and trying to make ends meet is how she meets Ava. I liked this story and will look for more books by this author.

Not so great

The MASSIVE insecurities that the MC has just make this book a terrible read. I got about three quarters of the way through when those insecurities flared to the forefront and I know at couldn't finish.
