This book promised a lot and delivered very little. Although I can tell that Alison and Mary are fabulous thinkers by the way this book was laid out and by the way they describe FrameShifting, the book ultimately failed to provide any real aha moments or valuable insights for me. My two-star review may be a bit harsh, as I am a consultant and have over time acquired the skills of a FrameShifter. It is possible that someone first beginning in facilitation or team leadership could benefit from this book as a tool for laying the foundational broad understanding of how to engage teams with frameworks and move them toward solutions.
