This book is filled with great recipes and accompanied by beautiful photography. Personally I wish there were more gluten free recipes, especially in baking section. Some of the other recipes it is easy to swipe to gluten free alternative. The cookbook includes recipes for breakfast, pastas, pizzaz, soups, and home made basics, family weeknight recipes and much more. The recipes are for every day dinner, or for special occasions and holiday.
Pretty good book. Made the broccoli chowder. It was good but would make it again without the cashew base. The veggie pot pie was pretty good. I also made the chocolate chip cookies and they were good.
I’ve made quite a few recipes from their blog, and they always turn out delicious, so I knew this cookbook would be filled with easy, flavorful recipes!
