Daddy Issues is a fun, fast paced romance built around secrets, celebrity pressure, and the question of whether taking a chance on someone is worth risking everything else.
I really enjoyed the tension created by the two leads having plenty to lose if their private connection becomes public. The Hollywood setting adds another layer to the story, especially with the rumours surrounding Lis and the pressure Dare faces from his career. There’s a nice push and pull between keeping things controlled and wondering when those carefully drawn lines are going to blur.
The characters bring plenty of personality to the story, and I liked watching the relationship develop beneath all the outside noise. There’s humour, drama, chemistry and enough uncertainty to keep the pages turning.

This is the third in a four short story set, sadly it is also the worst. There are numerous grammatical errors, even less character development and a storyline that jumps around.

Rumors, secret desires, and a BDSM app. I was all in on this book quickly. Jude and Lis are an unexpected match at first but know how to heat up a room.
