I found “Leadership for the New Millennium" by Alison Cameron truly enlightening! This book presents a unique and transformative approach to leadership. I was particularly impressed by how she differentiates 'Level A' leadership - while healthy and fundamental, it pales compared to the concept of 'beyond Level A' leadership. This 'beyond Level A' approach empowers us to lead authentically, advocating for the expansion of our minds, a greater sense of presence, and to embrace our true selves' and being flexible. The book profoundly shifted my understanding of leadership, serving as a significant guide on my journey towards becoming a more authentic leader. I highly recommend this book to anyone aiming to lead from their most authentic self in our complex world.
